There was a musty smell in the room. I opened the curtains in the sea view room and found that they were all dilapidated private houses. Arrive at noon. There is no staff. It is built on a steep slope and the transportation is extremely inconvenient. It is not recommended.

advantage:

shortcoming:
1. Because it is located on the top of a mountain, it requires climbing (steep slope), so it is not suitable for bringing elderly people and children. In addition, there is no elevator in the hotel, so you still need to climb stairs, which is more suitable for young people with physical strength.
2. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but it is equipped with an induction cooker for simple cooking, which is more suitable for long-term rental.

Amazing view
The Hotel is very quiet, amazing voew from Balconey, no elevator you need to carry your own bags, if you will go there try to be there day time between 1 to 5 pm.

Very nice, big and clean Room with an amazing view to the Sea. Cleaning service very nice. It is up the hill, one needs approx 15-20 min walk to the Beach but super nice Manager of the place took us sometimes halfway. Which is actually the key to this Hotel, super nice and friendly people. Unfortunately we had an accident with our scooter. They even took us to the hospital and picked us up again. A 30min drive after all. Nearby approx 10min walks coffeshops streetfood, seven eleven, and Thai Restaurants. All in all a wonderful experience.

This was a quiet hotel away from the busy areas of Karon and Kata but still close enough to walk there. It is at the top of an extremely steep hill, so the view was fantastic, however it was a nightmare to climb. Even some taxi drivers were not keen to drive up there. Overall it was a large sized room with an amazing view and we had a great holiday.
