Namaka Resort Kamala

First of all i book for premium room with sea view but once i reach there the receptionist say they upgraded my room to villa. I don't really understand their thai accent so i just go straight to room and found out that's not the room i asked for,so i go again to the reception inform them that they have given me wrong room, i booked for premium, than another receptionist told me that the room i book now closed due to upgrading work. I was super pissed off, i mean they could email m this earlier. O booked this room just to relax my 5 days holiday just because of the view. The villa they gave me is partially sea view. I was really upset because it's totally ruin my holiday. Tbh The front crew services was good, Food not bad and the view at the dining are very beautiful, but cleaning service was really bad and unacceptable. They won't clean the toilet , or topup tissue or change sheet. Room floor dirty. The bathtub is dirty and alot of sand. If the manager didn't checked on this i sure he will lost many guests in future. I'm sorry. Thank

The location is slightly remote from Kamala Beach. The lobby is great with swimming pools beside. Was welcomed with welcome drinks and chilled towels. The view of Kamala Beach from the room is stunning. Just that the lighting is dimmed when walking back to the room. And there's no elevator, not convenient for old folks. Breakfast lacks local/Thai style food.

Perfect 👌 👍 Everything is fine, nothing is bad.

I have small 3 kids..they asked me to separate the room as they can accomodate 2 adults n 2kids..but how..luckily they accept it because i already book a deluxe room plus 1 extra bed..anyway..the room is clean and huge enough for us...we get room with seaview but the tree should be trim for better view..we enjoy staying in namaka resort..my kids love the ocean..clear water n the wave is not as strong as karon beach

Wow this is such an amazing hotel. The  Deputy head Chot was so helpful and made our trip extra special. We arrived late in the evening, as soon as we got there Chot was there to greet us with a smile and a nice cut of coconut water. It was our honeymoon and I had booked the wrong room. He then upgraded our room. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you Chot.
