I booked this place because everywhere else was sold out.
For the price you can get something better but Im pleased I didn’t experience the nightmare others had reviewed here.
Upon entering the room there was hairs from at least 3 different people on the floor and desk and some of the furniture is very worn but is fine they have 2 different pools both very narrow.

Service was good. Receptionist very helpful.
Location to Surin Beach was walking distance(15min). Good for traveler that like to walk and explore. Got laundry service within 100m.
The only bad experience things i encountered was a cockroach 🪳 in the drawer.
i hope the owner and higher management must know how to handle this situation because

I love this place, I come here and stay long term everything I come back to phuket.
Staff and very helpful and location is spot on near the beach and all restaurants. Recommended to all couples travelling for long term or short term.

very nice room on the 1st floor with access to the pool. comfortable two-room room with its own small kitchen and necessary kitchen utensils. good design of the room and quite modern and not shabby furniture. bed linen and towels are not very new.

It's my first night's stay in Phuket after arriving in Phuket. It takes about 40 minutes by car from the airport.
There are convenience stores, cafes, and currency exchange shops within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

There is a construction site next to the hotel, so noise is guaranteed. Also, in front of the entrance, there is a sewage "river-puddle" that stinks wildly and you have to go around it every time to avoid getting into it. The location is inside a residential area, so you need to be prepared for local peculiarities. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach.
As for the room, check-in was strange, another woman is handling the trip reservation, so you had to wait for her. The bed linen was stained, the furniture was already scuffed in some places, and the sofa and bed creaked. Plus, there was everything for the kitchen and no deposit was needed.

Very convenient location of the hotel. Nearby there are grocery stores, cafes, pastry shops and, of course, the beach is a 10-minute slow walk.
The room is large, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle and toaster. Also a set of cutlery and plates. There is also a pot and a frying pan.
Everything is very spacious and comfortable in the room. In some places there are shabby things, jambs, corners. Somewhere the hood is not working or the lamps are burnt out. But not critical (for me).
