The only negative thing about this hotel was the noise from renovations, however this is obviously not very often and needs to be done sometimes. The hotel was beautifully renovated and our favourite place to stay in Phuket so far. Because of the work being done it was not busy at all and was a lovely stay, we will be staying here again.

Enjoyable stay at fusion suites patong! They had a lovely decoration on the bed to celebrate our anniversary. Location was on the hill in patong but there’s a 2-hourly shuttle to jungceylon mall and patong beach. Breakfast is decent, thai food spread was yummy but western food can be improved. Didn’t get to try out the pool but looks nice

The resort is nice and the staff were beautiful, however, our stay was ruined by the work going on around the lower pools. They were cutting tiles all day with a very loud saw which made relaxing around the pool impossible. Don't book this resort until they've finished this work! It should have been closed down while this work was going on.

3days booking, and spa package with jacuzzi room in last day.
Spa package could not be booked earlier or within the hotel staying hour. We need to come back for spa services after we check out .

We stayed in room with the bathtub, however we didn't really use it as it was outdoors. The sink area is open and hence it was quite cold to get dressed outside the shower if the AC is on.
Location wise the hotel is up the hill and along the only few road connecting old town and Patong and the road was very busy and there is traffic jam during peak hours. If you wish to visit Patong, you will have to take the shuttle bus if not use grab/ bolt etc.
The staff are nice and we enjoyed our stay in fusion suite.

The hotel is distinguished by its quiet location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also distinguished by its good price and its proximity to all the activities in the city. I recommend it for families. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.
