strength
Spacious room, spacious bathroom, lots of parking, good atmosphere.
Not far from the city, quiet, reasonably clean room.

1. The air conditioner is not cool. Adjust the temperature as specified by the hotel, but it's still not cool. After falling asleep for an hour, I woke up and adjusted the air conditioning again. You can turn on the fan at full power, but it's cool enough to sleep on. But without a blanket. Then I slept and woke up all night because my back was hot.
2. No elevator, not suitable for families with elderly people. Or people who have a lot of bags Or you have to reserve a pool access room on the first floor.
3. The room is reasonably clean. But there are still pieces of hair and threads on the floor. The drinking glasses are not clean. There are stains on the edge of the glass.
4. Reserved a room with 2 beds and got a single bed room. The employee informed that in their booking system it did not show that the request was for 2 beds. We showed in our app that it was clearly stated. We can understand this. that it's the system But customer care should be better than this. Tell us to cancel in the app. Which can't be cancelled, right? Checked in It has already deducted our money. and then completely ignores us I understand that there are customers.
