1: You have to pay an additional 2000. baht and a deposit of 2,000 baht total 4,000 baht😠
2: You have to pay extra for electricity even if you only stay in the room for 18 hours (in my case I already paid 500 baht)
3: Can you believe me that there is no coffee in the room, not even tea?🤣🤣
4: I go to the check-in time is 2 pm but have to wait until 3 pm but charge a cleaning of me 2000 baht…What is it?
I have stayed at many hotels and I can honestly say this one is unprofessional and you will be disappointed. I don't care how much I pay but it's worth it or not, that's all!

Leider kann ich dieses schöne Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, eigentlich ein schönes Hotel bzw. Villa aber sehr abgewohnt , mit Schimmel und weiteren Problemen die aber mit nicht viel Aufwand behoben werden könnten, es wird nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt aber Handtücher werden nur auf mehrmaligen Nachfragen gewechselt. Der Strom den man extra bezahlt, ist extrem teuer, ich habe für eine Woche, ungefähr 130 Euro bezahlt und wir waren nur abends da und haben auch nicht den ganzen Tag die Klima laufen lassen.

優點特點和不足十分明顯，在其他平台評論也比較多，相對客觀。
1.前台有幾位，對接我那位小哥特別熱情，服務溝通特別好。就是微信偶爾回的慢，但是會想辦法解決問題。
2.風景很好，游泳池照片也不錯，所見即所得，非棒。
3.那個坡真的抖，年紀大點或者穿拖鞋就真的危險。大概45度，有些大一點出租車不太願意開上來，確實不太安全，有點危險。小一點車還能開開，基本出門全靠bolt，所以做好來回打車準備。酒店免費班車送到附近兩個海灘，要提前預約，9.30，11.30和16.30三個時間段。
4.打掃衞生就第四天打掃一次，要做好心理準備，也是那一天換水。
5.按金5000🐷衹收現金，我是五天四晚，清潔費2500🐷可以後付，電費省着用（出門關掉，房間稍微節約着用關關開開總共2000🐷）
6.細節上，一是設備餐具都有，有雙開門冰箱微波爐，我入住期間還裝了洗衣機和洗碗機，但是問題是來人安裝沒通知我，直接敲門，然後和前台核實才説忘記提醒。二是陽台泳池水開了一天就不噴水了，也不知道啥原因，沒管。三是老外多，國人少。
7.有一衹貓一直蹲守門口，準備進門時就出來，一直跟着人想進來，走到哪跟到哪，有時候就遠遠看着有時候蹭蹭，給他罐頭也不吃，每次都要躲着他，怕寄身蟲。可能是以前有客人讓他進來他懷念吧。
至於衞生還是可以的，安全問題因為有門崗，還很認真，所以應該還是可以的。不過我住的房間雖然三間有窗，衹有一間有落地窗連陽台，另兩間是小窗而且內部窗，等於暗房，早有準備。

Из плюсов волшебный вид в любое время суток и классный бассейн с таким же видом. А так же просторные апартаменты, где можно комфортно разместиться вчетвером.
Будьте готовы к оплате уборки в 2000 бат, что выглядит как довольно странная сумма при том, что уборка раз в 3 дня. Также дополнительно рассчитывается электричество. У нас получилось около 1300 бат за 3 дня. Но мы были весьма экономны и днём нас не было в номере.
Без машины или байка будет крайне напряжно подниматься в горку, где расположен отель. В целом, если указанные пункты не смущают, то очень комфортное и приятное проживание. Рекомендую для тех, кто любит классный вид

Замечательное место. Просторное размещение. Все пляжи близко. Есть как бассейны общие, так и маленький собственный ( назывался джакузи:)). Да есть плата за электричество, но а почему нет- у нас был номер более 150 м2 его ведь надо охлаждать:). Аппарты расположены на холме- арендная машина/байк- считаю обязательны. У нас была машина- проблем не было. Комфортный отдых- не дешевый, но оно того стоит, да и нас было четверо так что на круг- средняя цена, но отличная аккомодация. Пишут про текущую сантехнику- ньюансы есть- но говоришь ресепшену- и устраняют вопросы. Опять же- это аппарты а не гостиница и они претендуют на экологичность: надо заменить полотенца- напишите и будет сделано. Рекоммендуем это место…. Но только в комплекте с машиной:).
