Wyndham La Vita Rawai Phuket

In my opinion this Hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars. The breakfast was very dissapointing. The fried chicken was cold and some of the bread wasnt that fresh anymore. Chili Chicken was dry. The room is ok but kinda small. In the fridge you can find just water. Regular price was nearly 5000 Baht a night. So i wouldnt come back at all.

Kids kids and more kids. This is a great family hotel with a kids water play area. There are many lovely pools (Albeit not very deep and also closes at 7pm) and the food and quite nice as well. The room is very nice! And has a decent balcony. Some things were broken in the room but they fixed them the next day after I went to the front desk and asked. Service is great. The rooftop pool was my favorite spot. If you are a solo traveler or business traveler like me - look elsewhere. It’s very family oriented!

All great for a holiday stay with family, facilities are suitable for family with small children to relax .

I traveled non-stop for 3 years and it's the first time I've stayed in an hotel(?) so far from the stars level advertised. - It's not an hotel but a group of studio reorganized as an hotel. With little kitchen at the entrance. - The swimming pool view is very subjective. I had a direct view on the (very close) corridor of the next building. So much for intimacy. Awful building arrangement. And no pool view as advertised on the room (except if you get your head out of the window and bend) - the ground was somewhat dirty(dust easy to remove if there was some cleaning done) but the worst was the bath mat was full of disgusting stains. - it's supposed to be a 5* near the sea, and it doesn't provide any beach bag/beach towel in the room. I've been to so many 4* and more in Thailand and it's the first time I found none. Not a big deal but from a 5* in Thailand it's a big surprise. - I had one requirement for double bed in my reservation, not separate. When I get into the room, it wasn't a double bed. A 5* will automatically reunite the twin bed before getting in the room. - After asking to reunite the bed, this is how they made the bed sheet 😂 (see the picture), I have no idea where the staff was trained, it's not even a 1* staff level. The bed sheet opening was side ways, but inside they had another bed sheet opening at 90° of the top layer. Mental... I was so tired I didn't bother doing the bed sheet all over again and just moved the pillow on the side. Overall, it's not bad to live here, but the star level should be correctly set. It's a 3 stars equivalent MAXIMUM.

My experience was far from satisfactory. The cleaning service was particularly disappointing. Upon checking into my room, after hours of waiting at the reception after the supposed suitable check in time, I noticed that the pedestals had noticeable stains, which remained even after the staff came to make up the room. This was not the level of cleanliness I expected. Additionally, the shower glass was covered in water stains, and the taps were equally neglected. It was clear that these areas had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the garbage had not been cleared, contributing to an overall sense of neglect regarding room maintenance. Requesting amenities also turned into a frustrating ordeal. I had to wait over three hours, only to be informed that no irons were available. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a hotel that is rated 5+. Furthermore, the pocket concierge feature was not helpful at all. Messages were often not responded to in a timely manner, leaving me feeling unsupported during my stay.

Amazing hotel for the price. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
