We have stayed here a few times now and love it's location about 5 minutes walk from Bangla just off the 2nd road from the beach. A great combination of beach and entertainment, but far enough away to not have excessive noise problems.
Relatively small guesthouse with simple air-conditioned rooms but very welcoming and helpful reception.
Excellent if you are looking to be in Patong on a restricted budget.

This is the best location that you would love to stay. I was late checkout and the reception is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable the hot water and the toilet is working well and it’s not too far from Bangla Road. The room is no window is acceptable because it can keep your room quiet from the school next-door.
