I would firstly like to talk about the positives of this hotel which were the staff, they were extremely friendly and courteous. The second positive would be the ameneties such as Sauna, steam and ice bath although they werent taken care of and were a tad bit dirty. Those were honestly the ONLY positives at this hotel. When you walk into a Hotel, you Normally get the comforting, cool and pleasant feeling, no matter where you are staying, but in this hotel there was absolutely no “hotel” ambience at all. Every time I came back from a workout or a class I was expecting cold air in the room or a different temperature in the room to welcome me, just as how many hotels do, but the room when I walked in was ALWAYS stuffed and insanely warm. This hotel is also extremely strict, calculative and rigid with their rules and policies, there is absolute no space for flexibility, even a 30 minute extra check out time is not permitted which is very dissapointing, in fact they cut off our power 10 minutes before checkout which was at 12pm. I came to fitness street for about a week and I booked a deluxe room in their hotel, the room was poor for the price I paid but did the job. Overall my experience here was less than Average, the staff maybe made up for a lot of the negatives in this hotel but other than that, I dont see myself staying at this hotel again.
