Nice hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with an iron, we had to go to a room at lobby to do ironing there. Still, a decent stay for the price.

Hotel was great. Great location, great for family with young kids, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was great. Just had a small issue with ants , but room service cleaned up and sorted.
Busy also say, the food. Well worth it. All in all a great stay there.
Regret not staying here the whole 2 weeks . Will definitely book here again. 10/10

We visited during the rainy season for a family vacation, and the resort catered very well to families with young children. The water park was well-equipped, and there were plenty of activities available for all ages. The food offerings were sufficient and met the needs of all guests.
However, one concern was the high number of pigeons in the dining area, which may pose hygiene issues and potential health risks.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pamookkoo. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Kata. Our room was clean and well equipped and my 6YO enjoyed all the water slides. Unfortunately most guests did not speak English so it was difficult to find other children to play with. The kids club was fantastic and my child was always asking to go play there. Breakfast options were plentiful and we were always able to find a seat but wow it was chaos. We would stay again.

It has been a wonderful experience for my family. The room is big enough to accommodate all of us (5 ppl). Very nice swimming pool and facilities which my kids really enjoyed. Nice location.
The breakfast was nice but seems insufficient tables to address all guests at peak hours.

I booked family room with 1 big bed n bunk bed that can accommodate 4 pax. But very weird is the breakfast only 3 person. I need to pax extra 300B for 1 person /day. The customer service at counter is not friendly and no smile at all. She was rude that when I requested the receipt of the 600 B that I paid for 2 day breakfast, she was making a mistake that she wrote at 300B on the receipt, I pointed it out without saying much. She said she will change it but she told me that she didn't cheat me (I didn't say u cheat me?!) I was feeling uncomfortable with this kind of customer service. And I was bad luck, been given Block OX, which need to walk to the end of the whole hotel and the room have no view at the balcony.
The swimming pool slide close at 6pm and open after 9am(at least).

The staff was polite and helpful all of requirement. The waterpark was very fun, We can play all day. However, my room so many mosquitoes, the breakfast not various. and should be to clearly smoking area(We can smell cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel such as reception, pool).
