Facility is amazing, i actually booked the hotel because of the slides, also room we booked was easily accessible to pool. But room was Deluxe premier pool and the cleanliness was worse than i thought, a lot of dust and mold around the sink and shower too. I kinda expected more from the resort. Other than that we enjoyed staying in the hotel and breakfast and dinner was amazing.

Nice location, close short walk to Kata Beach. Shower drainage became blocked at times. Buffet breakfast was good, with attentive staff.

It’s fun to stay in hotel with water recedes. There are many restaurants nearby. Massage is very convenient. However, there are too many people at breakfast and there are no staff to arrange tables.

Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is great for families with children. 7 minutes walking to the beach. Staff is helpful and respectful!
The only thing disappointing was the breakfast: basic and repetitive. It could definitely improve the breakfast.

It is a hotel definitely for fun, they have 3 slides that accommodate adults. 5 minutes walk to Kata beach. Every room has a balcony with a pool view. But they need to improve the staff services, English speaking and hospitality . The breakfast buffet is mediocre. The room is big, clean and the bed is comfortable.

Very good location. Airport bus stop is right outside hotel, and is 5min away from kata beach. Hote rooml is clean and spacious. Pool undergoes chemical cleaning every night. Will love to visit this hotel again!

The hotel is fine for the family holidays. Facilities are god for kids.
Breakfast is good and variety is wide. Too many people at breakfast and hard to find a table.
