I was booked into this hotel for 4 days I stayed one. The main thing that upset me was the fact that you are not allowed to put toilet paper down the toilet and it goes into a bin in the bathroom. The rooms are cleaned every two days EW I Have been to Phuket probably 30 times in the 40 years I have been coming here and never ever had this issue ..this doesn’t make it a 3 star property it makes it a minus 10. No accountability from the hotel or trip.com . And no refund . It’s not surprising that they don’t mention this on their website.

When we reached reception for check out, out of nowhere these guys got a bedsheet with partial stains (seemed to be a chemical purposefully put on)and forced us to pay 1900THB and did not let us leave the hotel until we paid, none of us had any navy blue clothes throughout our trip, after paying when i went back to take my towel from the balcony, the room was in same condition with original bedsheet there on the bed, these guys cheated us and we had a very bad experience, never stay at this place, very rude ladies at the reception. They just want extra money put of your pocket
