Staff were polite and helpful. The parking area is big and free of charge. The room is big and clean. The gym room is equipped with various equipment and the swimming pool is nice with infinity view.

Worst hospitality and worse staff in the hotel.
Even they refuse to provide a glass of water to the guest and behave very rudely
Breakfast is hopeless with all frozen, dried and cold fruits

The location is good. 10 mins drive to Central Festival Phuket. The breakfast is nice with lot of selections.

We loved the hotel and restaurant. Our only complaint is that the water didn't get hot Enough which was very annoying. Other than that, great place.

Really good hotel in a good location. not so far from malls as Grab is very convenient in Thailand. The rooms were clean and comfortable along with the staff. didnt try their food as we ate outside daily. Good value for money too.

The room is clean and great for business purpose. Location is quite far out, restaurant waitress are not the friendliest, quite rude.
We didn't ask for the bill, but they sent us a bill out of nowhere while we were having a lunch meeting, asked to come back in 10 minutes time but she just stood right next us.
Other than that, everything is great.
