Uncomfortable and dirty pool

Convenient, quiet hotel with amenities in the room The only sound on your way was at two curves. Cars passed by quickly. See up close I'd like to skip and use the hotel's restaurant across the street. But I don't dare go across to 7/11 to buy food.

Clean hotel, delicious authentic food Near Kalim Beach, Pao Tong, good location, convenient.

Everything went fine, the staff was friendly. The pool is a bit dirty. Breakfast is not very good, but there are many places to eat there

We booked this hotel for a month, but lived only 2 days and left for another place, unfortunately we were disappointed, the place is not bad but needs cleaning and repair, there are stains from leaks on the walls in the rooms, the pool turned yellow, sunbeds by the pool with fungus on mattresses, it’s dirty in public areas, everything is littered with some sort of rubbish, Indians were sleeping on the floor on the first floor, a very dirty elevator with broken windows, it’s a pity that during the pandemic when there were no tourists, it was simply possible to put the hotel in order, at the entrance to the hotel is a pile of rubbish , photos are attached ! About breakfast, I’ll say that the cafe is located on the shore across the road, which you can’t easily cross, because there is no pedestrian crossing, you have to run across the highway, which is quite dangerous, the view is really beautiful and this +, the breakfast is very modest! Families with children and people of the age are definitely not here!

Clean accommodation near the sea

The hotel is cheap but not really nice. I wouldn't swim in the pool now and the rooms have seen better days. The location is fine. The environment is not the nicest. If you want to make a cheap holiday alone and only use the room to sleep, it's fine. Not recommended for couples.

This hotel has all necessary options I needed for my vacations. But the best at this hotel is the hotel team! A special great THANK YOY is for the receptionist Ning, who makes perfect concierge service. All tours she has booked for me were interesting and good organized. Ning, you are the best ❤️

Good budget hotel which is nice and clean. Service is limited but staff is courteous and there is a small pool also. We made last minute bookings as our booking at Andamantra was cancelled by the resort without information. Compared to Andamantra, this is much better as the people here were more welcoming. Can recommend to those who are looking for budget accommodation which is nice and located close to beach

We had only Lunch at the Restaurant, great Location overlooking the Beach. Around 20 Guest were in the Restaurant, we had a nice Table overlooking Patong Beach. We quickly received our Menus, which had a nice selection of Meat, Poultry, Seafood and Appetizers. We had to wait a long time to place the Order, as the 8 or more service Staff was very busy cleaning Tables. Finally a Lady came to our Table to take our Order, but many items werde not available, like all the Duck dishes, the salty Roti items and some other dishes, which was a disappointment. Finally we placed our order and we were waiting for a long time, very long time, around an hour, we both were very hungry and finally the first dish arrived, Shrimps with Broccoli, it was not to bad, but the Broccoli was not clean. Then a Waitress came to the Table and informed my Friend that the one Chicken Dish she ordered was not available, this after waiting for one hour, she then ordered a Tom yum Seafood, which was disgusting, the Mussels were dirty, the Calamary reminded me on Rubber Ring and it was extremely spicy and had no other flavor. The last dish, massaman curry with chicken was old, had a very bad aftertaste, we did not eat this Dish and asked for the Bill and the Manager, shortly we received the Bill, the Manager came to the Table and I told here that we were very unhappy with the Service and the Food, here answer was, oh, we had a problem in the Kitchen, a joke from an answer, I dont recommend this place to anyone it is a waiting Room far away from a good quality Restaurant, the worst Food and service i ever had in Thailand and this after over 30 years visiting this great Country

Just disgusting. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Phuket. The first impression was made by the blooming pool. Although, it’s difficult to call it a pool—a swamp, a stinking, green swamp. Just a nightmare. There is DIRT everywhere. The elevator is dirty and dirty. They asked to change the bed linen because, sorry, it was all dirty on women's days. Just a nightmare. So many workers, and such filth. I do not advise! Categorically!!! Just awful. It's a pity that we couldn't get our money back and had to stay here for two days.

We have been in this hotel since 24.01. as of 02/05/2023, a huge minus of this hotel is its location - keep in mind there is a very rocky beach across the road and no one swims there! It’s 20-30 minutes to the sea in the heat, and along a terribly noisy road, where half of it has no sidewalk! to bagla and the shopping center only by transfer or taxi (200 baht), the free transfer leaves only 2 times a day 10:00 and 16:00 there and 10:20, 16:20 back, but does not always pick up from the beach😡, from morning to 16:00 I didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the heat, I had to take a tuk-tuk (200 baht) at 14:00 and go home, also in the evening I always take a taxi, but only with traffic jams😕 If you rent a motorbike, then it’s fine👌 Second minus - an old pool covered with green mud, periodically they added something to it and it turned green and no one wanted to swim there. The third minus is the food is monotonous, cold, there is little fruit, when it runs out, they take a long time to report. Fourth - in 2 weeks, the bed linen was changed once, and then only when asked repeatedly. On the plus side - the room is clean and spacious, all the plumbing works, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, stable good Wi-Fi. We talked with people from this hotel - they were also unhappy, they wanted to return the money, but nothing worked out. On the last day they didn’t clean at all, didn’t give water, the next morning before departure they asked for water and they refused, it’s a shame to pay so much money and be met with such an attitude, well, maybe with the help of my review they will become a little better.

The experience in the previous hotel was very bad, so I booked this one online for four nights for a total of 1,500 baht. When I arrived, I didn't expect the hotel to be so good. The hotel is new, the pool is great, and the bed is soft and comfortable. There is a halal restaurant in front of the hotel so everything about this stay was perfect. The only dissatisfaction is that the internet speed here is not very fast.

前一家酒店體驗非常不好，我就在網上訂了這一家，訂了四個晚上，一共1500泰銖。等我到的時候，沒想到酒店那麼好。酒店很新，泳池很贊，床也又軟又舒服。酒店前面有一家清真餐廳，所以這次住宿真的一切都完美。唯一的不滿就是這裏的網速不太給力。
