The place is quiet and everything is within walking distance except the beach. Cleaning is not included in the price and is ordered for an additional fee of 300 baht. Upon check-in, a deposit of 500 baht is required. Return 200 baht. There is no receptionist. The staff comes only when necessary. If questions arise, they are resolved.

Everything was wonderful. Room was great with a powerful shower. and clean.Loved the location close enough to everything I needed. WiFi signal was strong as I used for work.Value for money. It's a very pleasure spent time on !! Recommended.

Great Location! Hidden gem, just off the busy main road, quiet, clean guesthouse with very affordable daily & monthly rates considering busy Rawai! Cozy room with confortable bed. Location is just 300m safe walk to the busy beachfront with many bars and restaurants. Khun Saharat, son of very friendly French/Thai owner and his team do everything making my stay perfect. Can rent well maintained, affordable scooters. I will return for sure

Using solar system for shower water heating but the thing is that if there's no sun, it will be less than warm... kind of cold... half of my days there, I had cold water for shower...I think the owner should buy some heater...
