Breakfast was great, pool constantly clean, housekeeping very efficient, hotel staff was helpful, even tried the hotel massage it was worth it.

The hotel room was very dirty. There were many bugs and ants at the entrance. There were many unidentified objects on the floor that I didn't know what they were. There were blood stains on the sheets, the towels were very old and dirty, and the terrace glass door could not be locked. I notified the front desk of these problems, but they were fully booked so I couldn't change rooms. At the end of the check-out, the front desk actually wanted to fine me, saying that there were stains on the towels and the fine was 200 per piece, but we didn't use them at all. I was so angry, but the front desk said that because they appeared in my room, they had to fine me. I have never been so angry before. It was a really bad experience. The staff's attitude was also very bad. I asked her for her name, and she said it was a Thai legal issue and couldn't give it to me. I was really helpless
The towels were completely old and stained.
I really regret staying in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel at the first glance. Room was also good but the view to the pool was nice but we didn’t get one of those rooms. Our room was at the back (1301) and both views towards and from the room was disappointing — not what we expected. Hospitality was zero. Met the rudest receptionist ever that ruined our mood and stay. The hotel seemed to cater primarily to guests to one Asian nation as well… which significantly shaped the overall atmosphere.

I truly love the service here — the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
As a Muslim, I really appreciated their attentiveness. During breakfast, I was about to take a plate of spaghetti carbonara when two staff members quickly approached me. They kindly informed me that it contained pork and immediately replaced the dish without hesitation.
The next morning, they went above and beyond — monitoring my food choices and clearly labeling the dishes with ingredients like “Fettuccine with eggs” and “Noodles with squid.” It made it so much easier for me to enjoy my meals with confidence. That small but meaningful gesture truly touched my heart.
This trip has been an amazing honeymoon experience — peaceful and calming, even though we were right in the heart of town. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Kata Beach and 15 minutes to Karon Beach. If you love sunsets, I highly recommend Karon Beach — the view is simply stunning.
I will definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. The warmth and care shown here made this trip truly special.

I liked the environment here. It offers more privacy and is very quiet, away from the noise. My sleep during the 4 days and 3 nights was amazing. The place is cozy, the food was nice with many varieties, and the pool was big. I loved it.
The main entrance was stunning. The architecture and design truly blew my mind. This resort also has a library and a mini café beside the front desk, which I really liked.
I will definitely come and stay here again. Thank you so much to all the staff, you were very friendly!

Good location if you like it a little more quiet, though convenience stores and bars are still in very walkable distance. Good facilities, the pool was fun with a poolside bar available. In-house spa looks to be available too though I cant comment as i did not engage in this service. Decent breakfast with a nice variety. Most importantly, the room was really nice. Clean with a very nice view of the pool. Really bang for your buck.
Only complaint i think i have is i did not like the attitude of one of the guy at the poolside bar. No warmth, no smile, seems mad or whatever. Other than that, the front office staff has been wonderful.

In general, we were satisfied, a nice hotel, a good room (we took it with access to the pool), you can easily walk to the beaches (it's faster to Kata, a little further to Karon), the gym is small, but it's enough to practice, the breakfasts are decent. Of the minuses - room cleaning for 3 with a minus (
