This is a super Hotel, large rooms with 42 inch color TV. The staff are very welcoming and offer support on a number of issues. Breakfast is inclusive at 100 Baht. The hotel is around 15 mins walk to the beach. Beer is 60 Baht for Singha. The room is air conditioned a kettle and cup are there for tee and coffee making. The WIFI is very strong.

My husband and I lived in this hotel at the beginning of February 2024. Not a bad three-star hotel for the money. Pros: helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, window and balcony in the room, 2 free bottles of water every day. Of the minuses: very inconvenient location, it’s a calm walk of 20-25 minutes to the sea, respectively, about the same to the center of Patong; Room cleaning is at a low level (wet cleaning was not done even once in 10 days). If you want the bedding and towels changed, take them off and throw them on the floor. Also monotonous breakfasts, in principle, everything you need is there, but on the 6th day you already start to feel sick from the monotony. In general, I recommend the hotel if the distance to the sea and the center is not important to you, and if you really like chicken eggs for breakfast.

The hotel was a stroke of luck. We went to boom🤦♀️, as we planned to live on another beach. But the hotel did not disappoint. The room was on the 5th floor overlooking the city. The street is quiet, as the hotel is 1.5 km away. Away from the beach and all the bustle. The furniture is old, but everything was clean. Cleaned every day. Towels were changed every other day. Bed sheets once every three days. 2 bottles of water, accessories - cotton swabs, 2 pieces of soap and a shower cap. The bed is large but very hard. Very friendly staff. For me the main thing is cleanliness. If you don't plan to sit there for days, I recommend it.

We came to this hotel by luck. This is not the first time in Thailand, I would never recommend this hotel for a holiday in Patong. The rooms themselves are disgusting and dirty. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. The tour agents don’t care about you. The hotel is not even worthy of 1 star
