Good, big room, close to the city

Kind staff and spacious room but no lift..... There was a street food stall which was Michelin awarded and that was perfect for your breakfast:)

A great guest house located in a quiet dead end street in the heart of the old town. We arrived after 6pm and the Cafe / reception was closed but no worries, as they had emailed us earlier on the day for arrival time and left the key in the lock box. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The air con worked well. Would definitely recommend if staying in the old town.

It was nice clean and good location

Although it is cheap, it is really bad. How bad is it? When we checked in, it was after 10 o'clock in the evening. There was no one at the front desk. The hotel door requires a key card to open. The key card and key are placed at the door of the hotel. There was a very small drawer on the table. Apart from a small brand on the drawer, there was no other information. We didn't see it at first. Fortunately, the driver who picked us up called us to ask, so we could check in smoothly. The hotel is not very clean, the bedding is old, the core of the pillow feels like it is about to fall apart, the temperature of the bath water cannot be adjusted, the sewer is not clear, there is serious water accumulation, and the pipe under the basin is leaking! It was around 10 pm on the first day, and it was around 6 pm when I returned from the sea on the second day. There was no one at the front desk of the hotel, and the room was not cleaned at all. Water and roll paper were placed on the ground at the door. Except for checking out at noon on the third day, When I arrived at the front desk, I stored my luggage, but there was no other service at all. Forget it, the key point is that the hotel is very noisy, the air conditioner is very noisy, the refrigerator is very noisy, and the sound in the equipment room is probably even noisier. I really lay in bed at night with my head buzzing and I couldn't sleep! The worst place I have ever lived in, bar none!

Located near the walking street, nearby there is a minimart, Kwang room, comfortable bed.

Unfortunately we had a room without a window which was a bit strange but otherwise it was ok Staff very nice

The price is cheap and the room is so cool with the designed worth the money. The located is gold!!

Very good location, close to the old town, just across the road. Near the hotel there is a local food center where you can choose to eat dim sum, stir-fried noodles, and this and that.. deducted one point for the smelly water pipes. But it looks like they are improving the drainage pipes. I recommend it. Next time I go to Phuket, I will definitely stay here.

We booked this hotel because of its location, it is just a few steps from the weekend night market in Thalang Road. Other than location is good, the rest are below expection.

Close to Soi Romanee, Thalang Road & Colorful Building. The room was clean and tidy. Cheap price!
