The room is very clean, but no elevator. The towels are not good. Sometimes get a towel what fuzzy heavily.

Absolutely awful. The room was booked for 3 people with promise of a sofa bed, there was none so we had to move to another hotel. The fridge leaked. The sink plug was stuck in place so couldn’t use the sink. There was no communication with the hotel. We had to arrive a day later because the flight got cancelled, sent an email, no reply, but a passive aggressive message sent the following day threatening fees. When I replied, no reply. I also messaged them that I wanted to cancel. No reply. I used the trip app to see if we could cancel, no reply.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Surprisingly decent hotel. I chose it randomly and was positively surprised how comfortable this hotel is. The staff is friendly and helpful speaking good English. As a bonus you get an access to a beautiful swimming pool and sauna. The rooms are clean and contain a safe. A great chose for this price.

The hotel indeed is a paradise only 5min walk to a beautiful calm beach, they don’t have a reception which is a little annoying but otherwise everything is good I booked for 6 days and found myself adding another 10 days🥰🥰

It was very clean and good service provided. They even have a swimming pool and sauna but I didn’t use them. The only thing I would say is it was a bit difficult finding the hotel as you have to go to karon cafe to check in then walk back to the hotel. Even the locals weren’t sure 😂
