We didn't like the way the owner treated us, they charged 100 baht for 2 bottles of water. It was clean but pricy.

The room was on the fifth floor, the room is spacious, but very tired, there were no towels when checking in, the floor is dirty with sticky spots, cleaning is on request, there are small ants in the room. The location to the sea is good, food, drinks, music, everything is within walking distance. There is nowhere to dry the laundry, the air conditioner with a drying function saves

Karon Cafe Inn is owned by the same owner. Check-in and room cards are the same. Karon Cafe Inn is relatively quiet. Paradise Hotel will have noise from the bar opposite from 9pm to 2am or 3am. It is very close to Karon Beach.
