Fantastic stay. Kids club was amazing, breakfast pad thai was great, enjoyed our time at the pool and the ocean ktichen served one of the nicest italian food. Room and bed is also very big. We enjoyed ourselvew!

The hotel is new and located near to airport. Swimming pool is big,but will be great if they can offer iced water to guest while we swimming in the hot sun. the ocean restaurant can improve their western food quality and selection.should have happy hour promotion for draught beer,since the restaurant is just next to swimming pool. But overall all is good and very quite.

Everything was perfect, from the service, reception, breakfast, public and private pools and the general cleanliness of the resort, I would like to thank the reception staff sol, assary and farouk, as for the bad things in the resort is that the daily cleaning of the room was not good, but when we told them at the reception, they sent room cleaning at night, it was a nice gesture from them

Fantastic from the first moment to the say goodbye.
The reception management know how to do their job properly.
I strongly advise everyone go there and enjoy the facilities and the service.
Advice to do half board deal and enjoy the beach buffets.

We travelled in a group of 10 as a family with 2 senior citizens to celebrate a family event. Was disappointed during check in that the hotel accommodated and separated us in different buildings. However through negotiations and appeals the matter was resolved satisfactorily. Appreciated for the effort of the front desk! A great resort, staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast with lots of varieties. Our family members enjoyed the trip. The location is a bit far from town, took us about an hour to Patong town.
