Disappointing Service Despite Good Location
Stayed here recently and was quite disappointed. The breakfast was far from a "spread"—just a few fixed sets to choose from, with no flexibility. Room service was practically non-existent; even after multiple follow-ups, no one responded or seemed to care. While the location and room itself were decent, the overall experience didn’t live up to the ratings. In fact, the glowing reviews online seem paid or misleading.

Hotel name is not change still present with old hotel name . Difficult to get to hotel because hotel is not matched . When call to hotel nobody answer the call.

Clean hotel, but tv doesn’t have wifi connection , so i can’t see YouTube or Netflix, food is cheap, fried rice at 59 bhat, they have novels and books collection from there you can read thriller books.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location close to Wat Chalong. Breakfast and dinner menu was pretty good. Had a very relaxing and peaceful stay.

We stayed one more night. The hotel was nice and cozy. Swimming pool area is nice and comfortable. Restaurant is near. Rooms are clean. Near Chalong temple and Big Buddha. For outside restaurants use Google maps!
Trapped in travel

We arrived a day later than our original schedule but the staff were very welcoming and helpful and made sure we were settled in. They helped up rent a bike while we were with them and made sure that all of our need were satisfied. The location of the property is a bit out of the way from most things but with a bike it was easy enough to get around and the the remoteness was worth the quiet and spaciousness of the rooms.

I don’t like this hotel. It’s not nice for this price. Too much expensive. Also rooms are smells bad and the bed sheets not smelling fresh. But friendly staff.
