Arinara Beach Resort Phuket

Everything is great. Kids friendly resort. they have kis playground. staff are very accommodating and nice. They even prepared a small birthday cake and birthday greetings for my husband birthday. 🙏🎉

Dear Management Team of Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of Ms. ***** ***********, your Assistant Front Office Manager, during my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. *********** was marked by unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Specifically, she provided inaccurate information about the resort’s parking arrangements and responded with hostility when I requested a formal acknowledgment of her earlier statement. Shockingly, she even went so far as to threaten to call the police, which I found both inappropriate and deeply unsettling as a guest. I have been a loyal guest of Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort, having stayed here on four previous occasions. Regrettably, due to this recent experience, I do not plan to return, and I would currently advise others against visiting the resort if this level of guest service and management oversight persists. If mine is the only complaint involving Ms. ***********, I understand it may be viewed as an isolated incident. However, if other guests have expressed similar concerns, I strongly urge the management to treat this as a broader issue requiring immediate attention. We recently stayed at this property and had a less-than-satisfactory experience. Upon check-in, guests are required to wear a wristband, with a replacement fee of 250 THB if lost. The breakfast offered was average, and the bakery section in particular requires improvement, as items such as croissants did not taste fresh. Although the hotel upgraded us to a larger room (as the category we originally booked was under renovation), the room allocated was on the first floor with no lift access. This was particularly inconvenient as we were traveling with an infant and had to carry a stroller to the room. The overall quality of food was below average; however, there are good dining options available just outside the resort. In conclusion, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property and do not intend to revisit it.

Location is quite a distance from Patong. About 40-45mins drive. Plus point for us as we're Muslims bfast buffet comes with halal options. There's no spa inside the hotel but they have an option for inroom massage. There we quite a number massage centers outside the hotel. Overall it's a very satisfactory stay for all of us.

This was a lovely stay at this resort. It had everything... pool, drinks, food, ocean. The staff was always friendly and eager to help where they can. The location was perfect....away from the hustle and bustle of town centre. This was truly a wonderful experience. Will definitely return again. 10/10 Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
