We have been this hotel in 2018 December with my family. Maybe location is not the best but rest 5 ⭐️

Very spacious resort and clean rooms. Close to the beach as well. Pickleball and tennis courts are a big plus.

It’s a nice resort to stay and you can find everything you need nearby.
To be honest, the hotel still needs some improvements especially in the services part( after they clean the room they didn’t provided the toothbrushhhhhh)

酒店非常非常大，但是buggy班次很多，不需要等很久。訂酒店前做了攻略，訂的A棟的房間，因為是新裝修的。如果可以拿到4.5樓的房間，我覺得視野是最棒的！離卡倫海灘很近，天氣好的時候風景絕美！

We had a perfect stay from check in to check out. Lovely Petch at the front desk helped us to upgrade our room to better suit our family of 3. All food we ate at the restaurant and cafes were delicious. Our daughter felt a little ill for one day and missed breakfast the nice staff at breakfast remembered and asked how she was feeling the next day.
The pools were delightful and the spa was spectacular. I went twice to the spa and my husband once. We enjoyed the band duo serenading us one evening in the Andaman Lounge. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort! The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything. The resort itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The food was absolutely amazing with a great variety and taste. What truly made our stay memorable was the cooperative and friendly staff — their service was outstanding throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience in Phuket!

Very nice landscape, they offer Buggy service around the compound. Multiple pools in the area, with a small backdoor direct access to the Karon Beach.
Room was nicely decorated, cleanliness was top notch. Services were very friendly and welcoming most of the time.
However, food at the place was a letdown. Had several meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner but totally not up to expectation. Even had some cornflakes at the breakfast that is no longer crispy...?
