Had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. Friendly staff and location was perfect, near to the beach and eateries. Pharmacy n 7 eleven is also very nearby.

We had a great stayed at your hotel and would like to thank to all crew members from Novotel Vintage, everything is perfect, love the cooling lobby, everyone is wearing a smile to welcome us, we feel so warm just like back home. Front desk lady named Front is really helpful, lady at lounge named Palm made me nice Margarita too, I really appreciate the house keeping who arranged the day bed for my kid, and I'm so thrilled with the birthday decoration and lovely cake,,it truly made my day after my whole day island hopping, many thanks to all of u, we will definitely be back again for our next trip. Thanks and see u soon!

Good location walking distance to attractive places at patong including the beach big shopping mall center.

We spent 10 days 9nights, and it was good experience. Locations is close to everywhere, easy to find a restaurant and close to the shopping center.

Location is great! Pool is amazing! Pool bar also very good, but a very limited selection on happy hour, maybe include your regular cocktails drinks too. The room was very clean and bathroom is fine, just the water pressure is a bit low. Signing for pool towels seems a bit silly, maybe provide each room with a number of pool towels. Overall a very good experience and would stay here again.

The hotel is good but needs major renovation , some of the reception crew were rough and difficult and harsh in speaking and they were very strict about the hotel policy and no flexibility.
Because of this i will not stay here again and neither recommend this hotel to others.
