Terrible customer service. The neighbours fought for two nights, violently. Breaking glass, yelling and hitting each other and instead of kicking them out the inconvenienced me. I had to sleep next door to them for another night. The manager in Charge the (spa lady) couldn’t offer anything but “free” sauna and spa for an hour. Something that was free for guests for the entire day when i booked but was then changed and charged at 155 baht per hour half way through my stay. I asked for free breakfast she said no. I asked for a room upgrade they offered a downgrade next to the janitors room. If you like to hear doors slamming day and night by disrespectful neighbors then this might be your place. If you enjoy drunk 20 year olds smoking **** in the balcony next door at all hours of the night then this place might be for you. Also if you dont “tip well” they will do a terrible job at cleaning your room.

Been staying here since 2020 in there first hotel chain but this one is my favourite clean quiet and nicest hotel on fitness street staff super friendly and helpful
