The room overall is ok, big room, and clean, except the noise of shower heater. Can smoke at balcony. U need to rent a motorbike, it will take 10 mins either to kata or rawai beach. There is a motorbike rental beside the hotel. Its a new hotel and no elevator.

The building and facilities are still new. Have 7-11 and Tops Daily nearby. Clean room and not so noisy surroundings. I like the friendly staffs, they can speak some English makes communication easier. Mostly suitable for travellers with own transport.

Very clean spot, looks exactly like the pictures! It is located out of town/away from the beach however they do have a pool. There is also a scooter rental place next door :)

Quite a decent option, both for short-term and long-term accommodation. Good rooms, bright.
Daily cleaning. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the windows overlooked the construction site. Since the period of accommodation coincided with the Thai New Year, it was quiet. But after the end of the holidays, the work continued. It did not cause any discomfort, more like background noise (no louder than from the road), but if complete silence is important to you, then consider rooms with access to the road.
There is a swimming pool on the territory, a small one. Literally 2 sun loungers, without umbrellas. After lunch, when the sun does not hit the sun loungers, you can relax. On the first floor, the rooms overlook the pool.

We stayed at this hotel for five days. The hotel was apparently built recently, everything was new, clean and modern. A kettle, a fridge, air conditioning and even a smart TV, which was very nice. The staff was very friendly, they tried to help and please in everything. We were immediately warned that there was a construction site nearby and they could not influence this inconvenience in any way, but it did not bother us at all, it was quite quiet. The only nuance is the location, the hotel is on the outskirts of Nai Harn and the sea, of course, is not reachable on foot, you need transport or call a taxi. We had a bike, so we were completely satisfied with everything. On this independent trip, we changed five locations, this was the most wonderful accommodation, it's good that we will return there again in five days. I highly recommend this hotel for mobile tourists and travelers.

The hotel is excellent, clean, cozy, the worker herself is very friendly, cleaning every day as needed, there is a swimming pool, of course there is audibility, but it did not bother us, there is a 7/11 nearby, massage parlors, cafes, bars and scooter rental, the beach is of course far away on foot, it is better to rent a bike right away.
