Вот мой вердикт по поводу этого кондоминимума:
Локация сама очень красивая, внутри территория прекрасная, сама квартира хорошая, все в ней есть, дали средства для мытья посуды, губку, ветошь протирать со стола, стиральный порошок, ванные принадлежности. Хозяин добродушный, если есть проблема решает.
НО я восприимчив к шуму и тут очень плохая звукоизоляция. У нас была по соседству группа девушек две ночи не давали спать, но вопрос решился жалобой руководству и менеджерам здания.
Рядом за углом есть супермаркет, аптека, массажка, также рядом тц где все есть (кстати мы приехали на тайский Новый год, и там возле тц было празднование на площадки играла музыка, в квартире ее слышно было до 12 ночи) вот еще один минус, какой то праздник будет все слышно.
Ближайший рынок в 20 минут ходьбы, идти придется по дороге где ездят машины (не очень удобно) до ближайшего пляжа на мопеде ехать 20 минут.
В целом отдохнуть тут можно, если вы не восприимчивы к шуму и вам не важно как далеко находится пляж. Я хотел пожить в центре и это место прекрасное.
Моя претензия только к тонким стенам в этом здании, в остальном все хорошо.

Небольшая студия со всем необходимым. Стиральная машина, микроволновка, душ с со средствами, есть даже средство для мытья посуды и стиральный порошок. Совсем крошечный балкон, большая удобная кровать. Хозяйка всегда на связи, отвечает на любые вопросы. В 5 минутах ходьбы вход в централ Пхукет фестиваль. Со стороны паркинга, ближе к Флорест. В кондоминиума много русскоязычных с своими гастрономическими пристрастиями, поэтому местные макашники построились. Прямо ко входу после обеда приезжают манты, оливье и гамбургеры. 7/11 сразу за углом.
