The hotel’s design is unique, front desk staff were excellent, breakfast was delicious, and room decorations for our birthday and honeymoon were a nice touch,the view was great. However, after leaving the hotel, my wife told me that ordering room dining via QR code at night repeatedly failed with errors, so she calling the restaurant, the staff answering the phone told her to use the QR code, but when my wife explained the error message (that staff who seemed to have a Middle Eastern/Indian accent sounded somewhat impatient )since our native language isn’t English, the staff’s tone seems was unfriendly. When the food was delivered, the staff (who was friendly) again suggested using the QR code to order, which made us feel quite helpless—it felt like they thought we didn’t know how to use the QR code, when in fact it was your system error.
At check-in, we were told members get a 20% dining discount, but it wasn’t applied at checkout. Since my wife handled the checkout, I only realized this after we had left the hotel.
Overall, the hotel was great, but I hope you can be more friendly and patient with guests whose native language isn’t English.
