Everything was excellent! The only downside was that I couldn't get through to the front desk when I needed a quilt, so I made do with what I had. There was a guy who spoke Chinese, but I didn't use it. English was the main language.

Absolutely amazing! This was the perfect resort hotel that impressed me the most! It's newly opened, and the location is a plus, with convenient dining and shopping options all within walking distance. The hotel's sanitation was excellent, especially the clean pool. 🥳 The staff were friendly and helpful. Added to my favorites and will definitely come back!

According to the front desk, this is a historic hotel located in Patong Beach, Phuket's most popular beach area. It underwent a complete renovation this year and has become part of the Accor group.
The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, a 7-11 and a Tops supermarket within a 2-3 minute walk, and numerous food stalls are nearby.
Because it's newly renovated, the room was clean and comfortable, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. My daughter loved the hand-drawn sketch on the bathroom mirror and the welcome elephant on the bed.
The breakfast buffet had everything you need, much of it freshly prepared, fresh, and delicious.
The overall service was attentive and helpful, and the staff was always responsive to any questions. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, I'd stay here again.

The hotel is quite new, and it's off-season, so it's quite busy. However, it's mostly Middle Eastern and Indian guests. It's conveniently located in the heart of Patong, so I stayed there for four nights for day trips and shopping. Since I wasn't at the hotel during the day, I found a cheaper option. Compared to similar hotels like Indigo and mSocial, the prices were quite good. There's also a 7-Eleven and a small food court nearby, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn't very comprehensive; I didn't have the option of ordering egg baked goods or soup noodles.

I think it's very good, a new and high-quality restaurant. The breakfast variety is not too many, but it tastes good. It is also very clean and quick. The swimming pool is great and the children like it very much. There are motorcycle noises downstairs in the early morning, but it is acceptable. The deposit is 1000B and it can be refunded or exchanged when you check out. There are many restaurants nearby. There is a 711 and roadside stalls on the right. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. I am quite satisfied.
