Location was great as it is 10-15 mins walk to Patong Beach. The room feels old but spacious and staff were friendly. There are local eatieries, 7-11 and money exchange nearby. Only downside is tha I was charged 500Baht for a blood stain on my bed sheet and was not able to go out unless I paid. So be careful.

Zephyr Grand Hotel, Patong - Great location near the beach and shops. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms make it a perfect base for exploring Phuket.

All staffs are helpful. The location is good not far away from the center. 2-3 stars hotel can be like this is ok. Not too bad

Good service nearby beach and nice swimming pool on the roof top. We stayed here for one week, we enjoyed with our vacation the staff at the reception was kind of especially the one have long hair and tanned skin IDK she’s name but she always say hi when we come down and always smile. Thank youuuuu we’ll come back here again

It has the best view swimming pool. it's clean but it's so old it looks like it's not clean. Somehow it smells bad.

Hotel staffs are very helpful. You can always ask for water at reception. The location is also good. The roof top swimming pool is great.
