Love the pool. The location to patong not really close. Still need to take grab. Overall good staycation

😟Cons: The rooms smell very bad. It's impossible to breathe. We looked at 4 rooms, all of them were the same. In the corridor the smell of dampness makes my head spin. There are a lot of mosquitoes, as there is a swamp below. Since 05 am, dozens of roosters have been crowing non-stop. Cows graze under the windows. There was mold at the bottom of the sofa. It is unsafe to breathe such mold. The paper bag from Zara just became wet overnight due to the humidity. There is always condensation on the floor. All rooms without balconies. 😃Pros: The breakfasts are really not bad (there is something to compare with). Good and stable Wi-Fi that doesn't lose connection. 🧐Result: Hotel 3/10. The concept is there, the furniture in the rooms is fresh, but the rotten and disgusting smell spoils everything and makes it uninhabitable.

The location of the hotel was very good. Staff wasn't very good. Breakfast buffet was good especially for people loving Indian food. The chef here was from Uttrakhand (India), hence, you get a variety of Indian food over here.

(+) Good service and Good location. (-) The room smells musty. There are dirt stains on the walls and bathroom. (-) There is difficulty in getting in and out of the hotel, having to use one elevator to get from the room to the top floor then change to another elevator to leave the hotel (-) The hotel elevator is not connected to the parking lot.

Location is good. Hotel staff service is good. Room size is ok and clean. Easy access to eat and shopping.

Hotel is good and good pool and staff Pizza is really great For from the beach.

The hotel was nice and clean. A little bit further out of the main centre of patong but that was just what we were after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a lot smaller then it appeared in the photos

Room was okay. Location a bit far from patong beach and should rent a motorbike to get there. Staff is friendly and helpful A bit noise because this hotel is under renovation

The rooms gave me hostel vibes and the hallway had a distinct smell that wasn’t pleasant. The staff are lovely and the pool was the highlight!

Everything was good 😊 perfect and nice . Location perfect , 7 minutes walk to patong beach 🏝️. 7/11 downstairs , halal food , rent bikes everything is so close and rooms are so clean with Mountain View’s .

The rooftop is nice. Another things are not bad. Inside of the hotel is not bad, but the room is light less and smaller.

The Oakwood Journeyhub Patong team are exceptional! Clean, modern very comfortable accommodation. The staff will go above and beyond. Fantastic mini fitness centre and rooftop pool. 7/11 outside. 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for another enjoyable relaxing stay 🙏 see you again in 2024 💯
