A very nice hotel in a great spot in patong. We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young children. Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket. It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep. A really good hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at such a cozy hotel - An oversized King bed, bath room with a bathtub and shower - Breakfast buffet was good, had a lots of choices on juices - Complimentary chocolate bar from 2pm to 3 pm was a surprise, chocolates, biscuits are very delicious - Complimentary Tuk Tuk to Patong beach and Jungceylon was added benefits, don’t forget to book in advance - Nook, the hotel staff gave us a warmest greeting, answered any questions and helped us everything that we needed👍

It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

Great location a cross from the beach. Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate. General condition of the resort was a little 'tired'. Lots of general maintenance, painting etc. One of the footbridges going across the pool, severely corroded not a nice site when you are swimming under it! However during our last day, the bridge underwent major repairs that involved closing a section of the pool and lots of 'jack hammer' noise all day long! Pretty happy we left that day!

A great place to stay. Once you get your bearings, you can walk to anywhere really. Fantastic pool area. Plenty of space to swim and get a day bed. We never missed out. Plenty for everyone. Good drinks at the swim bar. Thanks to Som, a bar staff who was very friendly and engaging. Helpful. Special promotional deals plus happy hour. Very good breakfasts. You have a large choice that changes daily. Special mention to Josef the chef, and Si the egg cook. Pool food service and room service really good value. No guilt there Spa provided incredible massage packages, very, very reasonable. Rooms good. Clean. The hotel is about 15 years old. But holds itself well. Good restaurants around. Of course all of the Thai staff are wonderful, friendly and obliging! Shame how some tourists treat them so arrogantly and disrespectfully. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend. It's considered to be central Patong Beach.

Excellent stay as we booked their family villa and got the pool facing one. No dearth of space. Ideal for larger families with kids. The resort itself is small and compact but that hardly matters as it has the relevant amenities. Breakfast is decent if not very lavish. Overall cleanliness is well maintained. The best part is the location with a 7 minute walk to patong Beach. Also recommended for indian traveller's with vegetarian meal preferences as a veg restaurant is just next door. We also booked all our tours from phet phet tours which is small tour counter towards the left on the main road. Always got the best prices here. Very near is also spa and massage centre's for those who would want to get a relaxing message. The resort also provides towels for the beach visits which is quite useful to stay tidy. On our last day we shifted from the the family villa to deluxe pool facing room which was very good too

Хотя при первом впечатлении было все убрано и чисто, плюс, что в номере была пляжная сумка и лежак для пляжа без доп оплаты) вот этим пользовалась от души, так как с собой не брали. Персонал вежливый, на этом наверное все)

Ants! And quite active When the strange smell in the bathroom was settled, I thought for cannibalization But three days later ants ran and I asked for the means to trash them. Here they smelled on the day of settlement. The money is enough for three days, then the fight for your things with ants begins It came to me that I lift the backpack, and 10 ants run out of there In the rest everything was very liked Balcony is sweet, sun-protected film on glasses. View on a wonderful active street Five minutes from the beach and 10 from the shopping mall One time woke up the school line (school under the windows), but I get up early, so I didn't interfere The staff are all very nice I drowned the key (the metal key itself), and they forgiven me:3 By the way, I didn't tell at once, but the keys can be left on the counter On the first floor of the restaurant - everything is very delicious! I very much hope that the problem with ants will be solved and then it will be 10/10 So far - if you have a short stay or you are not embarrassed by such a neighborhood - welcome ! The score for purity decreased because of ants, the number itself is neat and clean Minus for convenience, those in the bathroom are no shelves, no hooks

I have been here several times and can recommend this hotel! It used to be called 'New Patong Premier Resort' (before Corona). The management has now changed, but it's still the same, small but nice! The staff is very friendly, there is a nice pool in the courtyard and the rooms on this side are rather quiet. It is a bit noisier towards the street, so be sure to book a room with a pool view! From here you can actually visit everything interesting in Patong on foot, it's about 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 minutes to Bangla Road. To explore the surrounding area, the hotel also offers scooters for rent.

The northeast boss is really awesome! The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is brand new, or IKEA! Because I had to stay on the island for only one night, the boss gave me a lot of suggestions and also booked a deep dive for me. I personally felt that it was cheaper than outside. Over the last three years we have stayed at this hotel without any problems.two years ago lost my keycard & the hotel charge me 500 Bart which was not a problem,but this year I found the keycard in a side pocket in my case. So I informed the hotel that I had found the card thinking I would refunded WRONG. The hotel said cannot refund because they renew there cards every year,but there was nothing wrong with the card as we had it recharged many times.PHOTOS ENCLOSED What a disgusting greedy way to treat a loyal guests who has stay at this hotel over 100 nights and in introduced four friends who have also stayed in total about 30 nights. Also I reviewed this hotel in March 2017 with a 5 star review but since then the hotel is poorly maintained and has lots of house rules stating they will charge you if you disobey them, Now guess what “yes”1000 Bart if you lose your card. We had booked this hotel from the 3rd to the 31st March 2019 & check out two days early because we could not stay one minute more at this disgusting,thieving,no respect hotel SO MY ADVICE IS AVOID,AVOID,AVOID and look at The crystal hotel with a pool and the same price. P.S we we’re going to Pattaya but our friends had cancelled so we are staying in patong for another 30 nights thank god my wife said don’t book yet and wait The thought of staying here another 30 nights makes me want to vomit 🤮 🤮 🤮
