Stayed cottage sea view. Despite the remote room location from reception to room (its up the hill) there is shuttle bus service at your beck and call, so that somewhat solves the issue of convenient travelling. My biggest irk is that the jacuzzi only has cold water, and when your up high and no tree blocking the wind, its kinda pointless to have a jacuzzi because its freaking cold. Would stay here again if they provided hot water jacuzzi, otherwise, just dont pick the cottage room type.

Lovely stay here, room was spacious and clean. We were only there two nights and the room was cleaned when we were out which was great. Pool is big and really peaceful with lots of sun beds and a jacuzzi, great after a hot day in old town! Owner in reception is helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately the bar there was closed as a tree had fallen on it in the wind so they are renovating that, but that was no issue as the hotels location is directly over the road from the beach and there are so many bars and restaurants nearby! We had a perfect stay, would definitely recommend!

Front desk: first we checked in everything was great but hotter around area at the Lobby. Concierge: was helpful, bit if bellboy are nasty not good of service mine.( shall improve by FO) F&B: breakfast was cool shall have a machine for a coffee (5star hotel) Splash water park: was OK but not excellent Location: it there quite a pretty good located easy to walk out right front of the hotel and fine something to eat and buy some cheaper from local grocery local food,there is plenty of restaurants too. (Inside around the hotel it pretty Huge so need a buggy car lol) Overall it's ok worth of money what I spend it for. It's a gem when we checked out!! Deffo! GSA

Pro: The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Clubs, bars, massages, food truck literally just steps away. The room had a balcony with “partial sea view”. The elevators have a panoramic view over the city. Ac was working fine! Bathroom was spacious. Nice pool with bar. Cons: breakfast was the same everyday, excpect they added the leftover food from day before. I have no problem with this, we need to fight against food waist, but the basic selection was boring. Room was extremely noisy. No sound proof doors to the corridor and none to the balcony. There are some clubs steps away and the do extremely loud music till 1-2 am. Please be prepared you need earplugs. The windows needs to be replaced. The cleaning was okay(ish), of course we found hairs here and there.. All in all a good stay, but not sure I would choose again due the extremely loud music.

The hostel is perfect! ideal for solo travelers, the comunal area is huge and they promote daily activities so guests can interact. The staff is super super friendly always greeting me with a big smile and making conversation. The room is clean and tidy, the location is superb just a few meters away from the beach. Close to everything. Definitely stayin at this hostel again on my next trip to Phuket. Thank you!

Pros: Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was clean. View was nice. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Vendors are nearby and along the walk to get to the beach. Tours can be booked in hotel lobby or next door. A quality spa is next door, so it was 650Baht for 1 hour full body aromatherapy oil massage. There are street massages nearby for 200Baht if you want simple and cheaper. No noise heard from within the room. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Fitness room is simple Cons: The beds looks comfy but it's hard. They went for extra extra extra Firm! A mattress topper was brought in and it was helpful. The building is very close to other hotels so you can see into other rooms and they can see into yours. Just make sure to close your blinds. Busy area so the roads gets traffic. Just plan ahead for it if you have to take a car somewhere.

The hotel has nice pool and spa facilities. It welcomes family too, so it has children in the pool. We arrived in the hotel in the evening. Some negative things happened The room has water leaking issue from the fridge, The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages. The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Prior to arriving at this hotel, we had stayed at some nice hotels in Vietnam & Cambodia, which in our view we’re getting better as our trip progressed. That wasn’t the case with the Beachfront hotel. First impressions were ok but we arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist must have been in a rush, as she rhymed off a lot of information in a matter of seconds. Our room, to be fair, wasn’t bad until we looked around. The first thing we noticed, was the toilet seat. It was a small size seat put on a large bowl!! We opted for the sea view room, but it wasn’t until the morning when we looked out the window, that we overlooked a field full of ****s and old tin buildings. Technically, we could see the sea, but really! We had to strain our neck to see it! Then came the beach! What beach? An area at the bottom of the hotel that is covered in sand and has sun beds. They have a bar there, so that saved the day, or did it? We quickly noticed that between the hours of 15:00 - 17:00 & 19:00 - 21:00 were happy hours, where they advertise 2 drinks for the price of 1. That made things better, until we noticed that all drinks on happy hour were nearly double the price. So, a bottle of Chang beer was normally 130 baht, but on happy hour, the same bottle was 250 baht!!!! Rip-off! If you happened to be one of the lucky ones to get the hotel transport to a beach area, some 15 minutes away, you’ve done well. The vehicle can only sit 8 persons, which means, most of the hotel wishing to go to the beach area, needs to order their own transport. Give credit where credits due, the breakfast and food in general is good. Staff in the restaurants are polite and helpful, but less can be said for the reception area. I found them slightly abrupt, ignorant and no patience. If you’re staying here for one or two nights, it’s ok, but anything more, I wouldn’t bother. The one thing that did come out of our trip here, was the menu. As much as the food is good, it was same old, same old, so we went out one night for something different. This lead us to a restaurant called Zen Eat, only about a 5 minute drive in a taxi, which should cost about 200 baht. A fabulous French fusion restaurant that was just amazing. You really have to try.

we family have such a wonderful experience at the Metadee Concept. We used to visit the Metadee resort and villas a lot. After they built this new hotel behind of villas. It is more convenient to enjoy both sides. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensure every details of our stay was perfect. Especially the newly open restaurant called Moon Terrace nestled in a charming corner of the hotel, offers an enchanting dining experience that is perfect foe a romantic night.
