Architecture style good for IG photo taking (some construction still going on to make it even better) Location near to beach n shopping (hotel hv shuttle service) Children friendly Dinso Resort blessed with excellent service staff that always put on a smile, that helps to bring people back to stay. Restaurant food list delicious Our room is big, view is great - Seaview Few point for hotel to improve: 1) toilet seat have stain that can't be removed 2) table too small to and only 1 chair. As we call for roo.m service but no where can we seat to eat we are a group of 4 people, so we have to stand n eat our meal. 3) the air con sometime let out some unpleasant smell (guess is the drainage.) 4) when rain the front door will hv pool of water but later on the put a towel to stop the rain water getting into the room. Overall Dinso is great will stay again

It was a very beautiful and relaxing stay. We had the Senses Suite which came with a jacuzzi and ample room space with living hall, balcony etc. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Everything is good except for the location which was quite far from the beach as the place is located on a hill top. Nevertheless this is compensated with a complimentary shuttle service which goes to Patong beach and shopping mall, Jungceylon. By foot, you will need 15-20 minutes to walk but by car, about 8 minutes. The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful overlooking the sea and town. Overall it was a really good stay.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

Location: quite difficult to locate, some bolt drivers got lost trying to find the entrance Check in: was a breeze, but had to pay a deposit of 5000baht which we were not informed of even in trip or confirmation email, i wish this was more transparent. It will only be returned to you during check out after housekeeping staff check your room( it will be deducted any item is damaged or missing) - After check in, shuttle will bring you up as the rooms are location on top, lobby at the bottom of the hill. The shuttle was very dangerous , if you are with luggage, going up the hill theres no buckle to hold on to your luggage if you do not hold on to it tight enough, it will just roll off the shuttle , we were also not warned about the steep slope. ＞ our room was located in the middle of the blocks, so the shuttle dropped us at the bottom and we had to climb the stairs with our luggages, the staff did not want to help us carry at first. - no shelter at all at the lobby, if its raining, then you’ll have to walk under the rain to the shuttle. - you can request the shuttle to drive you from your room to the lobby/vise versa as it is not really convenient with the hill and STEPS. -The first 2 days, staff was fine, all good driving us up and down whenever we called, then out of a sudden, they asked us to use the ‘shortcut’ to our room. Did not specify why, but we rejected after walking the FLOCK OF STAIRS for a day, they were at least 5 stories steep mind you. - if you do not wish to take the stairs, you may walk up/ down the hill, which is VERY dark during night time. Check out: worst day of all, they called your room at 1145 to rush you to check out, said will send a shuttle to OUR ROOM but did not specify which block they will be waiting at, we waited but no one came to our room. After waiting for 5mins? We are unsure if we should carry our luggages up or down to the different pickup point, so i used the staff phone outside to phone the lobby to clarify. The staff answering the phone did not even bother to listen to my question, she just answered, ‘check out? Yes ok we will send a shuttle’ then i asked again, WHICH BLOCK SHOULD I WAIT AT?? And she replied me ‘CHECK OUT YES OR NO?’ I said YES, then she just said OK and ENDED MY CALL. In the end, we had to carry our down luggage, without any help, up the steep stairs, and the shuttle WASN’T even there. We waited for extra 5-10mins before the shuttle came. check out: at the lobby, had to wait 10mins for housekeeping to check our rooms before we can check out successfully and get our deposit back. At the same time I had already feedback my encounter to the manager at the lobby, which said she will take care of if later. She’s fine, she apologized. ＞ and finally it was our turn to collect the deposit, the same lady who pickup and ended my call, called out to me. ‘NI HAO NI HAO( hello hello in mandarin) I was so offended, not every asian looking person can understand mandarin and she could have spoken to me in english cause I spoke to her manager in english right? Its obvious that she did not want to speak to me probably cause i feedback about her. All in all, i will not recommend this hotel. Thank you.

The room is quite clean and tidy for this price Also, Chinese people feel the warmth of China 🇨🇳 when they are abroad. Because I rented a small moto🏍️ in Thailand, I returned the car late and had to go out to sea the next day. My passport was still at the place where I rented the car. I was unfamiliar with the place and felt helpless. When I thought that the hotel owner was Chinese, he quickly asked the clerk to help return the car early in the morning. He didn't ask for more money, which solved my big problem. It was really warm and thankful! In addition, I would like to comment on the hotel. The location is nice and convenient. We stayed at NC residence for 9 nights. The staff are excellent, friendly and always available. Daily room cleaning. Daily change of towels and water every day. Popu reception guy was great. Kind, polite. The only flaw. The climb to reach the place.

The Nanai Road area of Patong has its own character and thus hotel is located at the halfway point. Could argue that this area is too far from the beach, but shortcuts are possible. Arrived fairly late due to delayed aircraft (after 9pm) but reception still open and check in process was fast. The room itself has plenty of space, a small balcony, strong aircon, and hot water. Solid wood furnishings, a safe, kettle, refrigerator. Small clean looking pool at ground level that no one seemed to use. Booked double bed room for four nights over 2022/23 new year period for just $95. Actually pretty good value I would say

The room was very clean, it was very convenient to go to the night market, the boss helped rent a motorcycle, the ride was really cool, there were a lot of Thai food downstairs, not expensive and delicious, the opposite was 711, the boss took me to a seafood processing store, cheap and fresh. Clean enough, location is close to whatever you want. Is is a good walk from the beach. Make sure you take ear plugs because there is plenty of action on the street that will keep you awake unless you are staying up until 2 or 3 a.m. No wifi in the rooms nor did I speak with anyone about the public wifi. It's a bit far from Patong, but the day trips can basically be picked up and dropped off by the hotel, so fortunately, you have to wear slippers to the beach to go far. . .
