The CA Hotel and Resort is a relatively large hotel that offers all the services you can expect from such a place: seminar room, swimming pool, a nice breakfast, very correct rooms. The hotel is a very nice hotel with a spacious and comfortable room with balcony and a view of the surroundings. The hotel is far from tourist activities and will be more suitable for representatives or persons with a vehicle.

The room is very nice, we have booked a 2 Bedroom Suite Balcony room, which is a very big room. There are complete facilities. Very good value for money. And another thing is that the 2 key cards are very good. As for the breakfast, the taste is average. Going to the fresh way, probably because most of the guests are foreigners, so they make a medium taste for staying for 2 days, the food menu does not change at all. This one is secretly disappointed, but I like dumplings, waffles, toast very much. The service staff is really good. Can answer questions and recommend everything. The pool is very little people. Unfortunately, not next to the sea. There is a free sauna service. Free bicycle borrow This one is good and I like it very much. Have a chance to go back and stay again for sure

Best of the best Having worked and vacationed in East, Southeast, and South Asia for more than 30 years, I guess I've stayed in more than a hundred hotels, the good, the bad and the ugly. The hotel I'm staying at now, the Namphunng in Rawai is hands down the very best. and I strongly recommend the place to others. Location is perfect--easy walk to massage places, conveniece stores, the ocean, and Rawai's vibrant nightlife. Facilieies are topnotch--I have a giant two story apartment with full kitchen. Pool sparkles. Very nice little tropical ”forest” next to the pool. Wonderful staff. The manager, Gio, has a great sense of humor, but more importantly, if there are ever any problems with the room, he's there in a flash to see things get ffxed. Besides that, he likes to give complimentary upgrades when possible, and that's on top of very reasonable rates. So, I'd put this hotel at the very top of the many, many places Ive styed in Asia. Don’t hesitate. Good people. Great welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to phuket town but not the middle of it. Everything one may need for is around also.

The room is clean, spacious, not cramped, the bed is very soft, the air conditioner is cool, the security system is good. There is a car park.

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

If you looking for 5 stars experience Glitter House is just for you.This is 3 star guest house led by 2 stars -lovely couple .So quick maths : 3 star guest house + 2 host stars =5 stars experience guaranteed. ;) From very beginning till last minute we felt here like at home.We had great tips where to eat ,rent a scooter from them without holding your passport and trying to mug you as many places in Thailand.Scooter was just few days old and very fair rent price .Hotel itself is situated just about in a heart of Kata .Not on the hill and just few mins walk from the beach.Plenty activities around as well as Night Market open every night until around 11pm. They got only few rooms in offer so be quick -I am sure they will be harder to book with the time as people who stayed here will be booking again! ;) If you will be lucky enough they will offer you some upgrade with is worth to concider as it is situated in a 4 star hotel next to them .You will have acces to big swimming pool .It was a big bonus.Rooms are large ,clean every day to highest standards and drinking water provided.Everything is as new in here and can’t really think about anything to be a downside of our room or service.Ohhh...Maybe there is one bit..It is very hard to find glitter house.Even for local drivers.Navi is showing wrong .Leading you to Ibis hotel.Ask driver to drop you off by this tiny specific roundabout which is on one of the pictures describing Glitter house and save yourself a time . Suitable for children

Breakfast is OK, the room is very large. A family of three with children is very relaxed, the room can accommodate 5 people. The car can be parked in the hotel's downstairs parking space.

The hotel is a bit hidden in a side street, yet to find well. The hotel has no pool, there is no food or drink. So man can only stay there, and that was then too. But yet I was somewhat satisfied. Personal was also nice. And everything is good to reach from the hotel. (Strands Bars Massage Restaurants Supermarkets) All near price performance so also ok
