breakfast buffet was amazing. lots of choices to choose from, eggs cooked to order and fresh pho to satisfy your soup needs. i personally had two bowls of chicken pho to myself. they have different vietnamese banhs made daily, from banh hot, banh xeo, and banh uot. all very delicious. For foreigners that want the typical american breakfast they have all of this items as well from bacon, eggs, sausages and waffles. definitely recommend the buffet here

The location of the resort is too deep. I made a reservation for some extent because of the review, but it is deeper than I thought ㅎ I think taxi is a must when I go out, and big buses will not come in. I applied for a pick-up while booking a tour, but I was worried about what to do if the car couldn't come in, but the van came in. Luxury? I've been at the resort for a week, so I had to find another place at first. I think it's good. (The first room assigned to smell cigarettes + cigarettes? + Vietnamese special intention? I asked for a room change because it was so bad, and the changed room was ok). There are many bugs, so it is a must for mosquitoes ~ Breakfast - I ordered it because there was no one on the first day, but it was a buffet from the next day, and I had pancakes and fried noodles. I ate delicious. Swimming pool - It was good to play with the baby in the lower place, and the deep place was so deep that it tasted good to play with the water ^^ The beach towel is also in the pool, and the rooms are surrounded by the pool, so you can play and wash right away. It was good. ☆☆☆ released in the resort? There are several dogs living together. There are countless dogs that have been released on the way in. I was a little uncomfortable because I was scared of the dogㅠ If you like dogs, it's okay. I think it's good to rest quietly!

Really good hotel, the room is large, the bed and furniture are solid wood. The room has a refrigerator, TV, and you can cook outside the room. The bathroom is also oversized, and there is a large fully automatic washing machine. Although it is useless, it is really available. The room is in the yard, there are green plants in the yard, it is beautiful!

Very good bungalow in a quiet place. Bed is good, shower is good, AC is good, kettle with tea & coffee was nice to have. Breakfasts were buffet: pretty big ang tasty (only downside is no hot tea or hot coffee - only cold ones... If you want, you should ask for hot coffee) Good hotel! Recommend!

Stated here in October 2019. Had a great stay here the bungalows were modern and cleaned everyday whilst we were there. Fresh linen New towels toilet etc. You have tea and coffee in the rooms and have free water every day. They pool area was good although a little smaller than it looks on the pictures but big enough. Breakfast was ok for me they will cook omelettes or fried eggs for you and banana pancakes which were really good and there are some cereals and bread and jams. Also sometimes random things like salad and chips. They also do pho as well which my partner said was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the reception was manned 24 hrs. The only negatives were there aren't many Sun loungers and by that I mean about 5 but there wasn't many people staying there when we went so we never had a problem. And the door on my room when locked was a bit wobbly but there was always someone on the front desk anyway. A huge plus for us was that the hotel came and picked us up from the airport and took us back for free so that was really good. It's less than a 5.minute walk to the beach where there is a great beach bar called Joes as soon as you get into it and there are restaurants at the top of the rd. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Oh and they have about 3/4 dogs with one that looks a bit like a poodle who loved a fuss so that was a big plus for me lol.

Sailing Club Signature is set in beautiful ground with very large private pool villas. The villas themselves are new, super spacious with large private pools. Our Villa had a hot plate, dishwasher and washer dryer as well as a microwave and a decent sized fridge and freezer. It had a large lounge with two air conditioners and another 2 air conditioners in the bedroom. Villas are serviced daily. There is a larger pool for Resort guests adjacent to the restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet with many choices but with most buffets food is only lukewarm. We had 3 dinners at the restaurant and our favourite was the Chef’s Table which was part of our Luxury Escapes Package. The Grilled Beef Salad was very good and the Prawns with pineapple salsa as the main course were superb. The Spa is well worth visiting. Linx, sorry if I have the wrong spelling, gave an excellent massage and my wife loved her Facial. The resort is spread out but there is a shuttle on demand service and you never have to wait long. 3 staff really stood out in terms of the outstanding service they provided: Yellow at breakfast each morning; Khunnie at Dinner and Nhu at Reception.

Hotel near Long Beach. Bungalow next to the pool. The room is large with a huge bed. Comfortable bathroom and toilet. The downside is the large panoramic window, which had to be constantly curtained from prying eyes. The location of the sockets is inconvenient; to boil the kettle you had to fence around towns. A strange employee at the reception, who first checked us in, and then for a long time could not figure out how to pay for the room. Breakfast buffet, average. We stayed for one night on the day we arrived in Phu Quoc; there was no desire to stay for more days. There is a pipe exit on the beach... well, you know, it was built by a carpenter, where the sunbeds are from which hotel is not clear, the staff runs around and kicks them out without much understanding. The path from the hotel to the beach is paved with sharp stones, which is not comfortable for bare feet. The pool is large, but muddy, did not swim.

This place is very green , quiet with a beautiful clean pool. Ideal for families and couples trying to escape the noise of the main road. The beach is only 10 min walk away. Like mentioned in other reviews there is a really nice restaurant just around the corner. What we liked the most is the great personality and the generosity of the owner. He offered us a free pick up from and the drive back to the airport and allowed us to stay few extra hours after the check out which was extremely helpful given how hot it get in the early afternoon hours. Thank you so much Mr. Dung we really appreciate it!

I’m staying here at present and have been for the last 10 days. This place has been the most relaxing place we have stayed at on our 3 months of travels so far. The staff are lovely, they teach us bits of Vietnamese daily. Breakfast is decent (there aren’t a ton of vegetarian options - but we are in Asia after all). They have fruit prepared daily that is grown on site. The rooms are a good size with large showers and pretty comfortable beds. In general the resort is very peaceful and all the guests seem to be so pleasant and friendly with each other (I would say that’s something to do with the peaceful setting). There are plenty of restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. The beach is a 10 minute walk.

It is located at the very top, so you can see Sunset Town at a glance, and it has the advantage of being able to see the Kiss of the Sea performance! You have to request cleaning, towels, etc. in the room, and the staff was kind☺️ (There was a small 🐜, so I was embarrassed, but I asked the staff and they took care of it diligently with F-Killa😅) ⛤ Take the elevator on the lobby floor and come out to the first floor door, and if you come down only two stairs in front, you will see ‘Sunset Bunsik’ (a Korean snack shop run by a Korean owner), and if you go straight ahead, you will see the cable car boarding area in 3-5 minutes If you try to go somewhere on Google Maps, it keeps showing more than 10 minutes, so I took a tuk-tuk?, but if you use the alley stairs well, you can get to the center of Sunset Town in less than 5 minutes! (Of course, it was hard to walk because of the crazy heat🫠) If I come again next time, it was a place I would like to stay again as a cost-effective accommodation!

I have rated this place probably higher than what my common sense tells me, how ever it felt good being here. The half bungalow, some 40m2 in size, #103, facing the beach is 20m to the surf in walking distance. Overall it is a cosy place but wanting in maintenance. The front door plus lock need repair as the tiled floor is scratched badly from insufficient floor clearance and very hard to open. The tiled large floor area was very clean on arrival, with a lounge settee, is spacious and leads to a spacious bathroom. Both rooms need some refurbishment in plaster work and painting. The bedside lamps do not work and the main room light is operable only from the front door. There is a long cabinet with luggage storage and a flat screen TV which is relatively new. The star performer is the small Sanyo fridge, relatively new and works very well. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers high up for 6 feet plus guests ok. A small split system Airconditioner above the door to bathroom, was working but is inadequate for the size area to cool. It stops frequently, must be exhausted...... Now the un-pleasantries: Room service is not automatic and daily, was asked by staff after day 2, then cleaned and that was it for my 6 day stay. Shower pressure is very weak indeed and temperature regulation wanting. The hand basin tap works fine but the drain operating system failed, waste water would not drain as the hand operated valve is broken. A small lamp totally inadequate over the basin just dropped out of its socket, when trying to adjust it. In general, all windows have drapes to close window views. There are so many dogs (friendly) about here and all along Sao bai beach, that some nights one gets woken by dog barking several times in the night. The beach is fine in general, one can walk for a 100m into the relative small waves/surf to reach chest height. There are no undercurrents (in November at least) but appear to have 'stingers' jelly fish gathered from the skin burning sensation encountered. Mind you, a phenomena being encountered all around the world is plastic waste, either generated by tourists on the beach or washed up by the surf. Staff are trying to manage but it appears they are not winning or can afford more resources. Some drains flowing into the surf are utterly littered to the hilt.

This hotel is for you if you like a measured and calm holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable, homely atmosphere, there is a kitchen and everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Within walking distance of the market and supermarket, you can rent a motorbike. Not far away are two good beaches. Hospitable and very helpful staff. We wanted to stay for a few days, but in the end decided to stay here for a month. The next time you visit Phu Quoc, we are considering staying here.

Nice hotel. We stayed there for a few days. End of December 2024. Clean. Wi-Fi works in the room, normal speed. Comfortable mattress. Friendly administrator. New furniture and plumbing. Of the minuses - a very small room and no elevator, it was hard to walk to the 4th floor. But if for a short time, then it's fine. On the last night there was an overbooking and we were moved to a room of a higher category, without extra charge, thanks to the manager. I think this room is called Family. This room was just gorgeous - very large, with a large balcony, two double beds and a large sofa, and a large desk, and a refrigerator, and a lot of free space. And it is located in another building, with an elevator. You can also rent an electric bike at the hotel, it's convenient.
