Hotels in Long Beach, Phu Quoc Island

Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel. Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!

Physical aspect of the property is beautiful and relaxing (lawns, pool, beach and restaurant). However, they don’t have intercom in the rooms so nobody would call if they need anything - secondly, warm water is not available all the time. Thirdly, they have this huge resort and don’t have iron&stand. It’s doesn’t cast much, so it could be carelessness to invest to small things to make the stay better or they want you to pay the laundry to even press the shirt - even 2 star places have irons&stands. Food on their restaurant is very average, not value for money (taste-wise as well as portionsize-wise). I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach. The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, but it's in the middle of nowhere. Not many places around to eat, or get massage. Breakfast was really good, with variety of desserts. Sol by Melia is very close to Sanato beach (walking distance). Overall the experience was good!

Night Seaview Hotel in Phu Quoc offers a comfortable stay with a few standout perks. The location is convenient, especially for those looking to explore the area easily. King Kong Mart and John’s Tours are just a short walk away, making it simple to pick up essentials or book excursions without much hassle. The free shuttle bus is another useful feature, allowing guests to explore more of the island without worrying about transportation. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a good night’s rest after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a small gym on the second floor, which is a nice touch for those who want to keep up with their workouts. The real highlight, however, is the infinity pool on the 11th floor, offering great views of the coastline. While the hotel delivers on basic comforts, it lacks some of the finer touches that would elevate the experience. Still, for the price and location, it’s a reasonable option for travelers who value convenience and a peaceful stay.

Salinda Resort was hands down the best accommodation we had in Phu Quoc. The attention to detail, the calm tropical elegance, and the genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. But what truly stood out? The breakfast, absolutely top-notch! From fresh tropical fruit to artisanal pastries and everything in between, it was the kind of breakfast that makes you set an alarm just to not miss it. Now, as for Pakka Indian Restaurant. Yes, that one. The Global Winner in Indian Cuisine 2022 by the World Luxury Restaurant Awards and crowned Best Indian Cuisine in Vietnam by Haute Grandeur. With all those accolades, we were definitely curious. But after a quick glance at the menu, we realized that the only thing spicier than the curries... was the pricing. We understand culinary excellence comes at a price, but when a humble Palak Paneer starts approaching “fine-dining tasting menu” territory, it starts to feel less like dinner and more like an investment. Michelin might approve, but our travel-weary wallets politely declined. That said, everything else at Salinda was flawless. It's a peaceful, polished gem where luxury meets authenticity, and the kind of place we’d return to in a heartbeat. Next time, we might just budget a little extra... for both the spa and the Paneer.

What a great stay we had here. Our bungalow was beautiful and spacious. It actually exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool and the entire vicinity of this resort is amazing. It is a beachfront resort so you don’t need to walk far or go far to busk in the sun by the sea and enjoy the sea. The resort has a restaurant as well and they gave ua 20% discount of our meal on our first night.

1. The room looks like the advertised pictures. The space under and in the door frame when you close the door was quite large, which was very concerning for bugs to get into the room. 2. I really like the addition of the bathtub and that they provide you with bath salts. The shower is lovely and so are the provided shower, gels shampoo, and conditioner. 3. We got locked out on the balcony on the first night because the balcony door lock was really loose and when you close the door, it locked from the inside. We were outside for an hour screaming for help, and there was no security or staff on the grounds. Finally, our neighbor heard us and called the front desk and they finally got into the room and opened the door. They did change the locks the next day, but it did the very same thing. 4. Front desk called our room at 6AM on our last day, for the airport car when we had stated (and they had written it down ) that we wanted the car for 6PM. 5. The breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. Half the stuff seemed old and not very appropriate for breakfast. 6. Overall, it was not the worst stay in Phu quoc .. but I highly doubt I would stay again. There were too many preventable issues

This was a celebration trip for us. We didn't mention since pre-arrival. We were being ”WOW”. We got hotel message after reservation about transportation and we reserved two seat for hotel shuttle. However, it was rain and we didn't realise to go other entrance. We missed the transportation and took Grab. It was just a little incident and i reported the staff when we approached front desk and didn't want the staff keep waiting. It wasn't task failure. As evening time, we got simple refresh and hotel tour. Then, we went out for dinner. The night view in the room was beautiful garden. I liked the facilities of GYM and pool that was my first filter to seek this hotel. The Palm Kitchen staffs were good to make us and good morning for our vacation. The food items were also variety. After the day trip to north area, we saw a cake for my wife's birthday. It was surprised. However, it was attracted ants coming. For this point, may use food cover to prevent. We didn't want to waste the amenities even we can't use. We took the photos and appreciated hotel's welcome and preparations. Then, called the call centre to clear the ants. The staff had prompt action. We received the message from hotel about ”WOW” service🫰. Upon departure, they tried to let us wait for their room check. They were not make me feel focus on minibar charges as i overheard ”Nothing leave in room”. Many travellers left ”lost and found” as rush. This was a good service. The location was good as close the airport, the peak and next to Versalles. Thank you the team make me ”Happy wife, happy life”.
