Hotels in Ong Lang Beach, Phu Quoc Island

My room at Movenpick Residences facing the lake and I was able to catch the beautiful sunrise daily. Fantastic view and totally enjoyed the view from the balcony. Their daily breakfast was great. The egg Benedict could be improved but overall buffet spread were well served. They also had chocolate buffet in the afternoon for staying guests which is a plus. Would stay here again for the great service and friendly staff.

Hmmm…overall is a good hotel. However, I don’t feel it is a 5 star worthy rated hotel. We booked for 3 night stay and by the second day, while I was having shower, I ran out of shower gel. The amenities in rooms should be enough for the stay. The guests shouldn’t have to experience leaving the shower without a complete bath. Perhaps the bottles should be transparent so that the house keeping staff can easily see to replenish or not. The other issue we had was the staff at the bar doesn’t know the menu at all. We asked 3 times if the burger was beef, and she told us it was pork. We find it hard to believe but she insisted it was..so I ordered the fish and chips instead but a few minutes later a waiter delivered a burger to the table next to us and I asked the waiter if it was beef burger and he said yes. We try to change our order with another waiter and he tried to talk us out of it and told us it was 20 minutes wait simply because the fish and chips is ready. That’s very disappointing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one missed the mark!! Definitely not 5 star service Having said all the able, hands down to their breakfast spread! Super delicious and the varieties is endless!

Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive.

A magnificent boutique hotel, brand new, very beautiful, with a lobby, pool, garden, and gazebo—everything is done with love and great taste. We stayed in a family bungalow—a spacious, two-story bungalow with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and very comfortable beds. The bungalow is located in a quiet corner of the garden. Special thanks to the polite and attentive host and staff. They gave our dad a very creative birthday greeting. The hotel is located in a forest between two busy tourist streets. The beach is a 5-minute walk along a path lined with palm trees. There is no private beach area, but you can rent a sun lounger for 100 dong at the hotel, which is located on the beachfront. We were very satisfied and wish the hotel prosperity.

However, it is worth it even though you have to walk a little to each room in the resort. If you leave the air conditioner on all day, it will be cold at night. There is the convenience of the beach and the pool. However, I am a little curious about why the restaurant is divided into three places. The staff is the same, but they are divided into sunrise, sunny, and sunset. I understand that the scenery is different at different times, but I think it would be better if the pool and sunny next to the foot were also operated in the evening. In any case, even the security guards at the resort entrance are friendly and it is a pleasant place. If you are like me who wants value for money and freedom, Prepare drinks, beer, whiskey, etc. in advance and Order an ice bucket (30,000 VND) and put it in the refrigerator to keep eating. Conclusion! It's a great place where there are almost no Koreans and it's not crowded, but it's even more attractive. Especially! The fact that you can communicate with the reception via whats app is a great advantage! I've been to Phu Quoc for 4 years, and if I come back next year, I think I'll definitely come back here. I've gotten to know most places like they're my neighborhood, and the cost-effectiveness is good.

I’m a big fan of wood and greens, therefore everything in the hotel was just perfect for me. Amazed by the decorations and renovations how they managed to turn different giant trees into furniture at the reception and public area. The pool was also cutely designed in shapes with shadow possible, and you can see the ocean directly in front of you. Overall very happy was this stay and would recommend to every couple. We also tried out the massage which has paradise view! Just outside the hotel there were also plenty of dinning and massage options.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get a taxi to attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is large and the pillows are very comfortable. There are several restaurants right in front of the hotel. The beach is on the right side of the hotel, and there are free buses to Pearl Land, the zoo, and the Great World on the left side of the main road. There are many attractions here. I really want to stay a few more days.

Great value for money! The bed was big enough for a family of four, and the room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit of a novelty, but my family isn't picky about anything other than hygiene, so we were completely satisfied👍🏻 Walk out to the road, cross the crosswalk, and walk a little to the right to find a fruit stand. I bought 2kg of mangoes and a whole watermelon every morning on my morning walk, stored them in the fridge, and enjoyed them after my Vinpearl Safari visit. Since it was off-season, most of the restaurants nearby were closed. As soon as you exit the hotel's main entrance, walk to the left for about 5 minutes to find the Tree House. It was clean and had a great atmosphere, so we had coffee and a meal there. The owner was surprised we came during the rainy season. I imagine it would be incredibly crowded during the dry season. It's friendly and comfortable, so I highly recommend it👍🏻👍🏻

Домик весьма просторный. Есть всё необходимое, даже стиральная машина. Кондиционер был и работал хорошо, хотя из описания было непонятно есть он или нет. В номере было достаточно чисто. Пребывание было комфортным. Персонал был отзывчивым и доброжелательным, делали всё чтобы захотелось возвращаться ещё. Уборка ежедневная. Во дворе росли необычные фрукты: гранаты, карамбола и кажется джекфрут. На территории есть небольшой бассейн. Из минусов разве что напор воды мог бы быть получше. Остановка 17 и 19 автобусов в 7 минутах ходьбы, но их сложно найти на карте. До моря добираться долговато, лучше брать байк, движение умеренное в отличие от других городов Вьетнама. В отеле можно взять байк в аренду, стоимость около 120.000 VND, но может зависеть от сезона. Неподалёку есть кафе и магазинчики. В целом отличное предложение с учётом разумной цены
