The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

A small hotel, located away from the main routes, the sea, beaches, and shops. A quiet place, surrounded by greenery, allowing you to relax both mind and body. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and eager to help with any request. I arrived just before the Vietnamese New Year, when it was very difficult to find currency exchange points. The hotel administrator even paid for my scooter rental himself until I was able to exchange money. The breakfasts at the hotel were hearty, and the staff warmed up food I had bought earlier, doing everything for my convenience and comfort. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay.

The location was a bit ambiguous, but the service, breakfast, etc. were all excellent.
The family's satisfaction was the best! ^^
In particular, the service satisfaction of ”Quy Hoan”, who was the manager, chef, and driver in the hotel, was the best.

This is a very good hotel if you are looking for some quiet and peace. It has a big private beach area and if you like walking in the beach, it continues really far. Hotel is a bit far from the main road, and the road from there is a dirt-road with lots of bumps (as every hotel in this area) but you can rent a scooter from the hotel. There are shops right after the dirt-road ends and you can reach many attractions with in 15 minutes by scooter. The staff is very nice, always smiling and they want you to feel good at every time. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and every room has it’s on terrace. When I visited this hotel, there were only few guests and still they put us in different areas, so that everyone can have their own privacy, although it must cost them more money. Only downside is that attleast in my bungalow didn’t have a good water pressure, but it still was manageable to wash my long hair. For me this place is paradise, and I would definitely come again, in fact I wouldn’t even consider any other hotel.

When we arrived, we got a private transfer to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. During the check in we got upgraded, and the room was absolutely stunning.
We were considering another stay without even having checked out yet! The only downside was the food, some of it was definitely frozen and not fresh however the cocktails were amazing we can also recommend those.

Increidible incredible place... At first we didn't know it was an ”off the grid” kind of hotel, so we were shocked.. U need to know, there is no AC, no TV and no electric amenities in the room, after midnight the power goes off until next morning, bar closes at 10.00, all this sounds bad but it was actually such an amazing experience.. The view at night.. Just amazing, the food, the view during the day, the room literally 2 steps away from the sand, the sound of the waves all night, the breeze, everyone was beyond nice, the drinks at the bar are very well priced and prepared with care, the food was fussion of local dishes and we really loved them, its a very chilled and relaxed place to spend in intimacy and on your own terms.. Breakfast was amazing as well.. Have to say the place is far from everything, so I'd advice getting some booze of ur own if u don't wanna sleep early. And would be amazing if they had pick up and drop of service to the airport cause each ride was 300.000 Vnd
Oh and one last thing.. The location won't let u watch the sunset from this hotel, so keep that in mind as well

The price/performance ratio is good, and the environment is also good, but this time I encountered two problems:
1. The built-in map location is inaccurate. The result was not found after searching for a long time, and finally I found it by searching the name directly on Google Maps;
2. The hot water in the hotel is sometimes not in place, that is, there is no hot water for 2 nights;
