We stayed at Vinsholiday Hotel and found the overall experience could be improved. The check-in process was inefficient — we arrived 3 hours early and were told we had to pay for early check-in. However, even when it reached the official check-in time at 2pm, we still had to wait a while before getting our room.
The cleanliness of the pillows and bed sheets was disappointing, with some noticeable stains. The pillow quality was also poor and too thin, so we had to request a replacement. Soundproofing was another major issue — we could clearly hear doors opening and closing, doorbells ringing, and people talking in the hallway.
The good part is the location — it’s very close to Grand World, and there is a free shuttle bus to VinWonders, which is very convenient.
Suddenly - the hosts of the hotel are Russian! Very good and Russian-speaking))) gave a lot of advice. Helped with the exchange of money. Prepared the plums that I slept) in general good people.
Hotel itself:
A great location - sea in 5 minutes walk, near shops, cafes. The area where the evening show takes place at the corner in two minutes walk. In the hotel itself, you can order breakfast and buy drinks at a price as in the shop.
The rooms are clean, the repair is fresh. There is a teapot and everything you need. If you want, you can cook in the common kitchen on the first floor - there is a stove, microwave and dishes.
In February 2025, I had a chance to travel to Phu Quoc. It was quite difficult to find travel reviews among Thais, but finally I found out that there was a free bus from the airport to Vinwonder. Take the green Vinbus, line 17,19 (17 runs every 15 minutes). The accommodation is very close to the water taxi and teddy bear. But at first, I didn't know. I got lost 🤣 Whoever booked this hotel, get off at Parking T2. I don't know if it's the owner or the staff, but they were very helpful. They helped carry the bags, so cute. When I was going to Vinwonders, I asked them where to get on the bus, but they dropped me off. When I asked the price, they told me to contact the accommodation, but in the end, they didn't charge me. I was really impressed, even though they told me to walk to the bus myself. When we checked out, they drove a motorbike with my luggage and my mother's, one each, to drop me off at the bus stop (that's when I found out that the bus stop was this close). I asked for a beautiful room view, so I chose a room with a view of the fireworks. The room was clean. There was no elevator. The room size might be a bit small. It was a bit difficult to walk, but it wasn't a problem. No breakfast but there are quite a few restaurants in the area. The price is very good because it is near Grand World. I want to go back because I did not see the aquarium in Vin Wonders. We went in on the first day we arrived and the plane landed at 3 pm, so we missed the mermaid show. In the evening, there are many shows. I can't choose. We took a water taxi and saw a teddy bear. It was very cute. We stayed for 1 night. The next day, we were going to Sun Town so we took the number 19 bus and then a grab as the hotel recommended. The service was really good. I will go back again when I have a chance. P.S. The staff can communicate in English.

Did like the location, very convenient to go to safari and vinwonders. Some of the staff at the reception was a bit rude. Breakfast was good but The choices were a bit limited so it gets boring after few days. First 3 days the cleaning in the room was perfect but after that they started doing it just to get buy.
Overall liked the experience. Near by grand world is nice.
The room is spacious, the bed is soft, the facilities are complete, the room is clean, the water is strong, the service is good, the accommodation is near the Bear Museum, the gondola ride point, not far to walk, there are shops, restaurants and minimarts around the accommodation, quiet, not crowded, there is a free bus line 17/19 from the airport to Grand World, very convenient.
Overall, it's nice, but there was no robe in our room, but they gave it to us after we asked, the pool toys weren't working, as far as I know, for 1-2 months (and still are).
They didn't give us a fork when we checked out, they asked us for it (really strange), the breakfast wasn't very rich, and we got bored after 2 days. It's close to Vinwonder and Safari, but far from other shops and markets.
We had a very pleasant stay at Vinpearl Resort. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.
Our hotel room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool and beach areas were large and well-maintained. A small but thoughtful gesture was that the resort provided three balls for us to play with in the swimming pool—this was a big hit with the kids!
The kids’ playroom offered some engaging activities that kept our little ones entertained.
Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. While we didn’t get their names, we noticed that some staff members were especially attentive and welcoming, which added to the experience.
Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip, Vinpearl definitely gave us the best staycation vibe, with the pool, beach, and theme park all conveniently nearby.
The free shuttle bus service was very helpful, although it’s worth noting that the bus tends to leave exactly on schedule (sometimes even within a minute), so it’s easy to miss it and end up needing to book a Grab instead.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!
Very cozy hotel. Nearby, within walking distance, there is a beach, restaurants, evening shows, museums. You can quickly get to the amusement parks by bus or taxi. It is convenient to get from the airport and back, as there is a bus that takes tourists. The room was cozy. Everything is clean and tidy. The service is good. The breakfasts are simple and tasty.
Excellent hotel! I liked it very much, I recommend it to everyone! Everything is new and clean. The hotel itself is small, there are not many people.
Breakfasts are good, there is a variety, our favorite pho bo too)) you can order fried eggs or an omelet. Breakfasts are until 9:00, but we usually came at 9, there was still food, there were guests who came later and ate until 10, no one cleaned anything, everyone was expected. Very nice staff, cleaning every day 👍 the girls at the reception are the best! ❤️ always prompted, helped, beauties, clever girls, keep it up 🤗
Of the minuses, perhaps, we met cockroaches in the room, one small, one giant 👀 a slipper solved the problem, but not very pleasant 😅 maybe because we had food. But we also ate in other hotels.
And another minus, this is the bed, it seems new, but it creaks all over, it is even impossible to turn from side to side at night. It was room 401.
And we also couldn't get our bearings for a long time and find the hotel, it shows differently on all the maps. And the buildings are all similar, so we got a little lost. 90% of the buildings are empty and they are not marked on the maps, but in fact everything is built up. The hotel itself is a 5-minute walk from the free bus stop.
At the reception we later found a QR code for searching in Google. I will attach a photo. Otherwise, I liked everything very much. Good luck to you🤟

GGuest UserDuring our recent 2 nights stay at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, we booked both a 4-bedroom Garden View Villa and a Twin Balcony Ocean View room.
The villa itself was impressively spacious and boasted a lovely ambience, although we did notice signs of its age. In particular, the curtain in the upstairs bedroom had come loose, and the balcony gate could not be opened. That said, we still found the accommodation generally comfortable and enjoyable.
We were quite impressed by the buffet breakfast, as it offered an abundance of dishes and the food quality was excellent. However, the receptionist at the restaurant appeared inadequately trained. On one morning, instead of checking whether any tables were available on the first floor, she directed us upstairs to the second floor. When we insisted on remaining on the first floor, we were obliged to wait for roughly 10 minutes despite the presence of numerous empty tables. This lapse in organisation was disappointing and suggested that the restaurant’s management could benefit from additional oversight or coaching.
On our final day, we requested a one-hour late check-out, and the receptionist (lady) was both gracious and efficient in accommodating this request. Regrettably, we encountered a problem when our room key stopped working at 12:45pm. Upon returning to reception to resolve the issue, another staff member — identified as a guy “Thuan” who addressed us in a noticeably impolite manner. His abrupt comments relating to the number of key cards provided were unexpected and created an unnecessarily tense situation. Such conduct seemed incongruous with the typically high standards one would expect at a five-star resort. Additionally, we attempted to ring the “Guest Service” line to request a buggy from our villa, only to find that no one answered. This was a minor inconvenience, though it did add to the sense that some elements of the hotel’s service could be improved.
Nevertheless, in general, the Sheraton made a favourable impression, and the facilities remained otherwise pleasant. With a focus on further training for the staff — particularly those at the restaurant and the front desk. It has the potential to provide a consistently excellent hospitality experience.
GGuest UserHad an absolutely excellent stay at in Grand World Phu Quoc! The free airport transfer was incredibly convenient and appreciated. Its location is perfect for exploring the area. Service was consistently top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly hassle-free and enjoyable trip!

VVivi RuanWe recently stayed at a villa accommodating three families with five kids, and it was a fantastic experience! Here are some highlights:
- **Spacious Rooms**: The four-room villa was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their own space while still enjoying family time together.
- Cleanliness: The villa was spotless upon our arrival, which made us feel right at home.
- Private Pool: The kids had a blast at the private pool. It was the perfect place for them to have fun and cool off during the hot days.
- Friendly staff: The property was easy to navigate with a buggy, making it convenient for the little ones.
- Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of options that catered to everyone's tastes.

효효돌이It's a great place to stay for a great price in Grand World. ㅎㅎ
I'll stay cheaply.
It's inside Grand World, so you can tour around on foot.
There's a free shuttle from the nearby Bin Bus Terminal to the night market or the airport.
The staff at the accommodation were friendly.
GGuest UserGood hotel, helpful staff, located at the beginning of the Grand Ward between two bus stations, you will have to walk to the beach for 10-12 minutes, and right on the beach there are two cafes where I recommend having lunch
