I pre-booked. When i arrived, they ask me to wait. I wait for more then an hour. Then they said the resort was overbooked, so no more room. I had to finf anotger hotel for 3 days. Wasted a lot of time because of this.

The staff are so friendly
There is no elevator, so it is difficult if you have a lot of luggage
The staff does help
In the evening, they decorate it like a restaurant in front
It is close to the city center, but it is ambiguous
But there are restaurants and spas within walking distance
It is an eco-friendly and exotic resort
There are too many ants on the floor
I feel bad for the animals tied up.

Booked this for 5 nights. Left after 1. Checked in, zero English and SO MANY stairs, no assistance. Room had mold and lizard crap everywhere. Then when we tried to rest because we had just flown in, the most awful music started blaring right above our room. When we complained they just smiled and shook their hands at us. I guess they don’t allow naps here. Should’ve left right away because the same noise woke us up in the morning. Do not stay here. In fact, don’t stay close to here. Terrible screeching music is not why people come to resort islands.
