The hotel is in a great location at the 1 end of long Beach, within walking distance of both the town, night market and beach with various beach bars and restaurants. It has a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea with loungers to relax on. We found the breakfast and serving staff to be fantastic. The hotel itself seems as if it was grand in its day, but is now showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance in some areas. We had mixed experience with service, the breakfast restaurant was great, but other service like the pool wasn't as great. There never were clean towels when we used the pool, just a pile of dirty ones, nor service. The reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but not all. Some could speak English, but there was a lack of understanding, which led to mis-communication when trying to get service. We enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless and would recommend it.

@Resort_Sunviet Fraud Manager and Fraud Hotel. Pls read whole review and too see thier fraudulent activity Pls do not stay at this hotel. First the washroom is not comfortable and very small for a Suite I booked. 2nd the room is very old and bad not comfortable. 3rd the staff is very rude and are fraud. I hired a bike and I was told the charge is 150 VND for one and half days. After I returned the bike at the reception and offered to pay the told me pls pay next day at check out. Now when I am checking out and leaving for the airport the rude manager on duty today 16 dec 23 around 7 30 am says the cost is 300VND. He says I can check the video recording but all this at the last moment when I had to catch a flight. He was lying and was very rude and this was well planned to quote double charge just at the time of check out.i agreed to listen to the recording but he was deliberately wasting time and not even going to the recording room. I have uploaded the photo below. Please don't stay at this hotel the staff is very very rude and have fraudulent intentions.

Hotel near the night walking street Close to places to eat, there is a bus from the airport passing by, very convenient to travel, next to the sea, beautiful view, lots of breakfast, very good value, helpful staff. Can speak English enough

The room is small and exquisite, you can see the sea while lying on the bed, the swimming pool with coconut trees and the sea view are unbeatable

Friendly service The rooms are reasonably clean. The swimming pool water is a bit murky. But the sunset view is awesome. Breakfast is available and tastes delicious. There is a fair amount to choose from. The mangoes are delicious. There are also salted nuts for another delicious pairing. As for the pho soup, it's delicious, sipping hot and delicious.

Stayed for two consecutive days, no choice for breakfast every day, only noodles and bread, the air conditioner in the room was old and did not cool, it would make people hot to death. The furniture also smelled moldy,

This hotel is very close to Yangdong Night Market, and the CP value is quite high at this price. The most important thing it sells is the view. You can see the sunset every afternoon and the swimming pool view is very beautiful. (Motorcycle rentals are available) Services

Being close to the center is an advantage, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, the beach is super beautiful and clean, the swimming pool is also good. I recommend you come here.

The view is nice, but the hotel is old and the facilities are not well maintained. The outlet was broken, causing a short circuit and breaking my electrical appliances. However, it is quite reasonable, so I think you can use it depending on your purpose.

Near Vinbus tram station, everything is okay

The staff, pool and restaurant were fantastic but the hotel needs some work as it’s a bit run down. You can tell Covid took its toll here. I would definitely stay here again for the price and they are slowly fixing it up again.

The hotel has seen it's better days as so many that have struggled through covid. It would need some renovation and maintenance. However, the location is really good. It is just by the sea and within walking distance to town. Pool and the views are great. I stayed first in a huge room in the 4th floor and then in a normal room by the seaside. The regular rooms are more functional, at least for a solo traveller. Breakfast is good and the bed comfortable.

This is a very run down hotel that must be 30 years old. The pool is the only plus. The ocean is in front of the hotel, but unaccessible. We spent just one night. When we got to the room the water pipe to the toilet was leaking a lot. They said they’d get us a new room which they did a few hours later. After a shower, my wife turned on the hairdryer which caught fire with flames, not just smoke. The new room we moved into had a wall socket that started to smoke when we turned on the water cooker to make tea, it seems that maintenance, upkeep, etc. has been disregarded for many many years. The pool bar is open from 6 AM to 11 AM. Those are the most ridiculous hours for vacationers I’ve ever heard of. Breakfast was standard Vietnamese breakfast with no Western foods. You get what you pay for. Pay nothing, get nothing… If you want to spend time on vacation without arguing with staff this is not the place for you.
