Good view to the sea, beach is in 5-10 mins, old building with hot water heating from the sun. Wasn't bad, but would not recommend it either.

The hotel is a bit dilapidated, but the view is nice. The hotel is seriously understaffed and there are no hotel staff on duty at night. I stayed there for four days and there was no hot water supply for three days. I reported it to the hotel staff many times, but nothing was resolved. It was only available on the last day. The staff is in trouble. It's just a hotel, not a hotel. It's the worst accommodation I've ever experienced.

It's cheap to use, but the beach is far away and it doesn't feel very clean. Breakfast is eaten on the rooftop, and the sea view is good. It is convenient to go to the night market.

stayed here for two nights at sea view room last two weeks when i had my phu quoc trip.first stop i visited is Duong Dong. the hotel location is good, close to night market, you can walk to there within 10 minutes,it is close to some famous spots like Dinh Cau temple and Dinh Bà Thủy Long Thánh Mẫu too. the room is not new,but quite big and clean,besides aircon,they provide a stand fan,i orefer using fan than aircon. staying here is very comfort,you can watch the sea everyday. the sea view is beautiful,though you can see other building outside,but not a big issue, noted that Ngoc Chau dont have private beach,so cant ask for more.TV is ok, though youtube only,still enjoyable. washroom is clean, they provide basic toiletries, also provide free drinking water in the room,i love the fridge in the room, i bought drinks outside and kept them in it during the stay.the room price is affordable. breakfast is simple,in mini buffet style, they provide some kinds of bread,fruits ham,veggies,jam,juice,coffee…i had pho bo one day,and another day pho ga or hu tiue ga? both delicious,after had one bowl, already full.you can ask staff to cook sunny side up for you. staffs in restaurant are nice,a girl is friendly and helpful,another boy is hardworking too. Lily the staff at the counter is excellent,she can speak English, with her help,i booked a half day tour to starfish beach,and also rented a car with driver to An Thoi town, along the way to the south,i visited many places and buying some souvenirs. prices charged are both reasonable. Ngoc Chau is not a five star hotel,but i really enjoy the stay here, i even missing its sea view now,highly recommended!

На данный момент нахожусь в этом отеле. Если не хотите испортить себе отдых, выбирайте другие варианты. Из плюсов,если договоритесь, номер с видом на море при обшарпанном балкончика с крутым спуском. Второй плюс море рядом. И все. В душе идёт холодная вода. Завтраки просто ужасные,если не успеешь вовремя то ничего не получишь. Кухня грязная, лучше даже завтракать на улице. По локации и все нормально.

Здравствуйте,ну что я могу сказать по отелю местоположение к морю,совсем никакое за отелем бетонные плиты по которым не попадешь к морю и под низом камни ,чтобы попасть на пляж надо идти вдоль берега 1,5-2 км и там будет песочный пляж и море в которое можно зайти,завтрак это отдельная история ,заявлено с 6-30 до 9-00, в первый день пришла в 8-30 уже ничего не было ,во второй день пришла в 6-50 еще не было свою яичницу я дождалась аж в 7-40,а кофе в 8-05 ,такой скудный завтрак это что то ,за окном стройка которая будит в 6-00,а так номер чистый ,кондиционер работает,но если захотите вечером принять душ то вода будет прохладная ,почему не знаю ,видимо мало горячей воды ,мне не досталась,ночной рынок в 15 мин ходьбы,а остановка мин 3
