It is close to downtown Duong Dong. It is about a 6-minute walk from King Kong Mart.
There is also a small pool. It is a bungalow style with a local Vietnamese feel.
Don't expect much from breakfast, and think of it as fruit or rice noodles.
If you have children, I recommend preparing rice and seaweed soup (King Kong Mart has most Korean food). The alley to the entrance is a bit narrow and dark, but it should be fine if you are going to take a Grab.
There is a window in the bathroom, but there is no separate ventilation, and the air conditioner filter was very dusty, so it seemed to need maintenance.
The bedding was relatively clean, and if you are looking for cheap accommodation, it seems to be a good choice.

What I wanted to say, having arrived early in the morning, we went to the hotel, left our things, since check-in is at 14/00... but having returned for check-in... we were told that there were no vacancies))) here I was shocked... for the first time I got into such a situation (this is not my first time traveling abroad)... in general, they sorted it out for a long time, they placed us (2 families with children - 6 people) in a hotel on the next street... the next day, hallelujah, they settled us in our hotel... the rooms are standard, large, everything you need is there (class - average of course, to each his own)... breakfasts, if you can even call them that))) there is very little choice... the canteen did not work at all for several days (as they said, the cook was sick), but respect here, they returned 600 thousand dong to each family in 4 days... the pool - I do not recommend it at all))) we did not even go near it, since the water in it was always green... the result - the location is excellent, King Kong is the largest market nearby, everything cafes, Alisa-Tour Igd (by the way, we exchanged dollars there, their rate is very favorable, and we bought all the tickets for Vinword and the cable car), but I honestly won’t set foot there again... but of course, for those who want to save money, the price would suit everyone!

Booked a room in this hotel 6 days before arriving. Arrived at 22:30 pm on new years eve just to be told the hotel is fully booked! Outrageous, the island is full and there are no places for tonight. This is disgraceful and shameful. Wouldn't stay here even if it was free

I do not recommend buying a place here! We booked a room in advance (3 days), we received a confirmation of the reservation, but when we arrived in the evening, we were told that our rooms were rented out! After us, 2 more families arrived and they told them the same thing. We were with small children, we were simply thrown out the door and told to do whatever you want, there are no places. (We had to walk along the street at night and look for a hotel to spend the night! A terrible place, a bad manager who did not even come out to us. No one even apologized, they just presented us with a fait accompli. The hotel looks very old and unkempt, in front of us someone was swearing because of the condition of the room. не советую покупать тут места! мы забронировали заранее номер(за 3 дня), нам пришло подтверждение бронирования, но приехав вечером, нам сказали , что сдали наши комнаты! после нас приехало еще 2 семьи и они сказали им то же самое. мы были с маленькими детьми, нас просто выставили за дверь и сказали делайте, что хотите, мест нет. (нам пришлось ходить по улице ночью и искать себе отель, чтобы переночевать! ужасное место, плохой управляющий, который к нам даже не вышел. никто даже не извинился, просто поставили перед фактом. по виду отель очень старый и неухоженный, при нас кто то ругался из за состояния комнаты.
