Very beautiful, big area. Nice bath. But there were a lot of small and big insects in the room. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The service and hospitality is way above expectations and the staff were always ready to help.
The location is awesome with peaceful surrounding and private clean beach with all the facilities.
Rooms are jungle themed so anticipate some insects as part of it.😜
Overall it’s a great recommendation from us.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Many people stay here and want to extend their stay. A very beautiful and peaceful territory, perfect service, very nice breakfast buffet with Vietnamese and Western food options, a lovely beach, a nice bar with a pier… You’ll love it!

Overall, this is an fabulous resort with an outstanding and professional management team and exceptional staff.
I had a small misunderstanding with Reception but Trung fixed this quickly and graciously for me. Later, Trung and his team returned by post to me some lost jewellery which was truly fantastic and hugely appreciated. They went 'above and beyond' the call of duty.
I later met with the resort Director, Gates, whose omnipresence in all areas of the resort was impressive. His natural charm and quiet confidence seemed to imbue his team with a 'can do' attitude and inspired a remarkable culture of great customer service too.
This is one of the few resorts I've stayed where I have no hesitation giving the a 10/10 5 Star score.

Outside the above time frame, 350.000VND per way will be charged.
