The hotel is in a very convenient location, 3 minutes to the sea and 3-5 minutes to the Kinkong supermarket, booked for 3 days, then extended for another week, no private pool, but in the neighboring hotel you can pay 50 dong for a sun lounger and sunbathe and swim all day, children are free! Breakfasts are not provided in this department, but this is most likely a plus, you can sleep until noon, and then across the road a huge selection of breakfasts within 150-200 rubles per person, plus a massage across the road, 350 dong 60 minutes, I recommend!!!!!

The rooms are not comfortable to live in. The bed takes up almost the entire area of the room. There is no way to properly arrange things. The rooms smell of dampness. I left after staying at the hotel for less than 3 hours. I tried to get a refund for the days I didn't live. Refusal.

Everything is simple in the room, and everything you need is there. The air conditioner worked. There was hot water. Every day they changed towels, gave water and swept the floor. If you are not in the room. If you are in the room, they will leave everything nearby. Bed linen was changed once in 9 days. At request, they replaced it with new. There were sockets next to the beds (no adapter needed)
We lived on the 1st floor. And the door was closed with a padlock))) it is inconvenient of course, but for that kind of money it was the only minus.
There is everything near the hotel! King Kong market, bars with live music, laundry, minimarket, interesting cafes and restaurants. There are sun loungers on the beach for 150 thousand for the whole day.

I went to stay for 0.5 nights, but the air conditioner wasn't cool at all, so I asked to move rooms. The other room was the same, so I just rested at a cafe next to King Kong Mart and came back. It was the worst.
