We found that you have experience with sandflies and we want to reassure you that they are not associated with critical infectious diseases. The rainy and humid weather can limit the effectiveness of our pest control activities. We believe that our team provided drinks and assisted with a room change to enhance your stay, rather than as compensation for natural circumstances.Regarding the half-board package, it includes a three-course menu with additional options available upon request. We are sorry to hear that the portions did not meet your expectations. Our breakfast is buffet style with several à la carte options available, offering unlimited orders to suit our guests' preferences.Lastly, concerning the laundry service, our team always carefully checks guest laundry before processing and seeks approval if any issues arise to avoid potential conflicts.
