Need to upgrade the rooms. AC and fan were so noisy. Pool was ok. Breakfast was just plain pho. There was no other choice.

I'm sure when it was built, it was amazing. It's far from that now! The pool is nice, sunsets are perfect.
Rooms, hallways, staircases, elevators, doors are all decrepit. moldy showers, the rooms whistle when the wind blows, 5cm gap on exterior doors, ancient AirCon that couldn't keep up with the leaks and gaps. The most aggressive towels ive ever felt... nothing shy of 80grit sandpaper! The plugs all spark an some will even smoke a bit if you manage to get something plugged in!
The restaurant staff.... outside of two, were terrible and made it clear that foreigners are not welcome.
Quite a Bad experience, and left the hotel for one nearby.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and explained things well. The beach view was also great. It made for a happy and unique memory.

Good hotel. The room has been cosmetically renovated, nothing is shabby... as other reviews have written. Clean, cleaning every day, good breakfasts, the sea is right next door, sun loungers and towels from the hotel are free. Everything is great.

The empty bus stop was a bit far away, not walkable, but too close, so there were a lot of Grab cancellations, which was inconvenient.
There was nothing to eat for breakfast, and the sunset was beautiful.
It was a 3-story room with stairs, but there were a lot of dead bugs on the stairs, and the bathroom was in bad condition.
It was very old.
