First thing first , we have booked for ocean facing room and this is the view from the room. When I questioned the front desk staff then the person said we have upgraded which we never asked . Hence make sure what you have booked is the really you get.
The staffs are not very friendly. They used to give only one card to access the room which is not a very big thing but definitely in convenient to manage . The most important thing , the late checkout time is 1PM .If you stay till 1.05 PM then you need to pay extra .The hotel needs renovation as the facilities are old.Also, the staffs are more concerned about Google review rather then providing services. Overall, as a family we are overall disappointed with the hotel.

Hotel is bit old and simple than expected.
Not all plugs functioned and there’s no USB type charging yet.
I have remarked anniversary celebration and front desk said it’s not setup on time during my check in and it would be done on the next day. Unfortunately nothing arranged till I check out.
Balcony with sea view is great.

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, but it's in the middle of nowhere. Not many places around to eat, or get massage. Breakfast was really good, with variety of desserts. Sol by Melia is very close to Sanato beach (walking distance). Overall the experience was good!

Although the rooms are slightly outdated, the Melia by Sol Phu Quoc delivered in all regards
Everything was perfect, and the location, beach, pool and food were excellent..

Hotel was slightly dated with signs of wear. Slightly different from the pictures we saw. Housekeeping was not as meticulous as we had cups that were unwashed and beach towels unkept
