The Sonaga beach resort I booked for my vacation on Phu Quoc Island was amazing. reasonable price, very comfortable, cleaning and service was excellent.

Not a bad hotel. But if want to comfy thing try a book diff hotel. Near the airport. Beach was not that clean 3.8/5 Not highly recommended. Btw twin sized bed was quite huge.

Great breakfast spread. Perfect location for a relaxing breakaway by the beach. Lovely pools. Spa was good! Highly recommended!

We are a family of 6 traveling with 2 kids, starting at a beachfront villa. - Facilities are great, quite a few pool options (private included), and a basic kids playground - location isnt the best but Grab will do - a couple basic things that should be improved. 1) sewage smell in the bathroom 2) drainage doesn't work the best in the shower (bathtubs are alright)

OMG, there was mouse in the villa that kept making noise all night long. if you are light sleeper like me please avoid.

Close to the sea, the outdoor pools are clean. The taste of the food is good. Staff relations are excellent. Has a private pool

Good location that is close to night food street and has straight access to the beach from the resort but it needs proper cleaning and improvements around sunbeds and sand. Pretty pools both near main hotel and on the way to the beach but still need proper maintenance. Quite OK buffet breakfast to choose from. Overall hotel room and facilities need make-over.

You can use grab to enter and leave the hotel. There are many kinds of breakfast in the hotel. The soundproofing is OK, but the bathroom is not well drained. Private pool is also good It's just that the room is too hot. Fortunately, there is an air cooler available for loan. Maybe it’s because Phu Quoc Island is too hot, the room is too big, and there’s no air conditioning. However, I felt the cold wind blowing out of other people's rooms.

+ large and comfortable room, great breakfast buffet, very diverse, nice swimming pool by the beach, well-kept beach, quite atmospheric for Vietnam; close to the airport, approx. 7 minutes by taxi - the hotel is already worn out, a bit neglected, there is no beach pool bar or restaurant; There is no local "life" around the hotel, there are dead housing estates, there is a night market within walking distance of the hotel, but it is a typical tourist place. You will definitely not get a taste of the local atmosphere in this area. In general, I recommend 1-2 nights for a "transfer" and a short regeneration after the trip, it will certainly be boring there longer and you can find nicer locations

The hotel is located on the sea. Everything is fine. For me, the problem was the music by the pool and construction nearby.

The staff were friendly and the spa was nice. I waited for about an hour before entering the villa. And the bathtub was never cleaned from start to finish, even on the day of arrival.
