We were given a complimentary upgrade to Famiana Beach Resort which is 100 m away from this resort. To our surprise the location, hospitality was amazing. The service provided reall y wants us to revisit. I would give 5 star service to this hotel. Feels great to be at this resort. At the beach.

We booked a two-bedroom pool villa. The pool was well maintained and rooms were clean. There are quite a lot of activities for you to do, though you have to pay for some of them. Villa zone is about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the resort area and there is a road inbetween. We didn't find it particularly hard to move between these two places (we had to, as the breakfast area in the villa zone was closed durung our stay, and some of the hotel activities was conducted in the resort zone). My kids tried yoga, cooking class and sculpture painting, all free of charge. Breakfast was good to great. Staff were extremely friendly. All in all, I will recommend the hotel to people who want to visit Phu Guoc.

Not a pleasant experience. No one was at the reception during checkin and checkout.

Lovely little bungalows in a very peaceful location. The resort was quite quiet so easy to get a bed by the pool and the pool was nice and clean. The room was very nice but we did have a couple issues that the reception was quick to fix. Breakfast had a mix of western and Vietnamese food. The resort was walkable distance to all beaches.

On the first day I checked into the room, around 5 o'clock in the morning, I often heard the sound of animals crawling around on the roof. I thought it was a monkey or a mouse. At first, I guessed it was on the roof, but then the sound became louder and louder, and I suspected that it was inside the house. Later, it was confirmed that a mouse was found scurrying around in the ceiling slot. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep anymore. 😤😳 I called the front desk at 6 o'clock and told them that no one could help now. Someone would come to help check at 7 o'clock, and then It was confirmed that it was because there was a passage on the roof that was not blocked (as shown in the picture). The hotel solution was to change rooms. It's normal after replacement. Other parts including beaches, facilities and services are normal.

The hotel is small and exquisite. The waves on the beach are big. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is enough to fill up. It's okay. There is a free bus stop outside. It is convenient to take a bus to the airport, night market or the big world. The service staff is also OK.
